The service was horrible and Mr Deago was not very friendly to us. He said he was the front desk manager who tried to force me to eat an uncooked pizza from the restaurant inside the hotel and completely humiliated both me and my wife saying we had to pay for it. The hot water worked only on occasion, the wifi was in and out and we couldn't get a connection. Even the housekeeping completely screwed up by not cleaning our room after we asked several times and even leaving a dirty towel they used to clean the room beside the television. This is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at and is definitely not the price we paid.

Very good location, the service was good, the facilities were clean, I only thought that the gym was very small, but for my short stay, it was fine.

Since it is located a little far from the bus terminal, it is safer to use a taxi if you arrive at night.
However, I thought the location was good, with a nice cafe next to the hotel and a shopping center within walking distance.
The people at the front desk were very kind and friendly.
After checking in, when I went to my room, it didn't look like it had been cleaned, so I immediately went to the front desk for advice and they offered me another room.
Amenities included soap, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They all smelled so good! Shampoo and conditioner are integrated, so if you prefer separate ones, you may want to bring your own.
The room was clean, but it smelled a little weird.

Very nice, clean and tidy, good location, a few minutes walk from the biggest shopping mall, very convenient to eat, drink and play. Breakfast is also delicious.
