A very beautiful place with a low price, we were pleasantly surprised. It's close to the shopping mall, the beach, and the bus stop. The only downside was the receptionist at the front desk, who was absolutely unfriendly and showed no inclination towards service or helpfulness. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place with spacious rooms and all the amenities. We would happily come again and hope that the management reconsiders its policy regarding how receptionists treat guests!

Air conditioning, plenty of water, and a (mediocre) swimming pool. Wi-Fi and wireless signal were very poor, and there were mosquitoes.

Been coming to this hotel for over 7 years, great location and clean facility. My room had mold in bathrooms that lots mosquitoes in room. But everything else was good and clean. I’d return again next year and ask for different room if it’s not adequate enough.

Ac would make an unbearable noise at night absolutely impossible to sleep with either the ac is off or you sleep with the loudest knocking noise ever every thing else was good very aesthetically pleasing

Wow had amazing stay at hotel from all aspects this hotel gave us great satisfaction no complaints at all from all aspects so clean staff where amazing especially leonardo at reception he helped us with everything very hard working polite and push every boat out to make us feel comfortable we enjoy the hotel and México we extended our trip for extra two weeks we will return soon thank you x
