"Lovely hotel, good choice of food, clean, beautiful garden with turtles, friendly and helpful staff. Really magical stay. Good aircon, clean rooms and dining area, beautiful selection of food. I absolutely loved the waterfall feature in the gardens with turtles! So magical watching them. Has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and lots of other activities there. If you have a premium room, you get access to the infinity pool as well. A big thank you to the staff on reception. They gave very helpful advice on local bus service and stops. We did a few trips to Santa Cruz and Los Cristianos. They would go out of their way to be helpful and give you local information/assistance. Now a lot of people have commented on not a lot to do there. It is a quiet resort, not for you if you are a party lover / into main British pubs everywhere. However, it's perfect if you want to explore some local tapas bars in the area. There's a great choice around 15/20 mins walk away, and fresh seafood. Also, a bus runs into the small town centre straight from the hotel and 5 mins on the bus, where there's a shopping mall, choice of restaurants, etc and seafront/beach Also, Santa Cruz is 20 mins on the bus from the hotel; the bus stop is a 1-min walk from the hotel, and there is plenty to do and see there as well, and you can get the bus from Santa Cruz to other areas of the island if you want a day out. Perfect holiday for relaxing, away from large crowds. The only negative is the lift; it's small and very slow, but that's the only negative I can find about the whole trip. Would return."
