Cleanliness and Maintenance: The hotel maintains high cleanliness standards, with rooms and bathrooms reported as consistently clean, daily cleaning services, and attention to hygiene details. Guests praised the absence of pests and the upkeep of facilities like the pool and common areas.

The hotel is very far from the main road, and we had to walk around 15 minutes just to reach outside, which makes the location very inconvenient—especially for families. We faced issues from day one and had to complain every single day about housekeeping, swimming pool cleanliness, room maintenance, telephone issues, and water supply. The staff did not trust our complaints, and we had to share videos as proof of the problems. The manager, Mr. Amit, does not understand guest expectations or professional communication. Instead of fixing issues, staff kept coming repeatedly to check the same problems without resolving them. This also affected our privacy, as they entered frequently without proper coordination. The owner visited us, apologized, and said he would return the next morning with a solution. Later, we were told he would come late, and eventually no follow-up happened. He clearly stated that no refund would be provided, saying he would do everything except a refund. We are four families with kids and traveled from Canada. We have never experienced such poor coordination, management, and service standards before. I do not recommend this hotel. Please do not waste your time and money here.
