Hotel itself was clean but house keeping issues Check in was smooth, clean, the toilet paper holder was broken. The outlets didn't work that well. The hotel didn't say anything about house keeping or when they would come by. They showed up around 10am and checkout time wasn't til 12pm. There was no sign to put on the door either. Quiet but staff are not pleasant and heard complaining. Sticky elevator the 3 days. Not sure if breakfast was included as it was never stated. Beds are okay bathroom is tight

It was 11:30 at night and the room next to me had blaring music and the sounds of what I can only guess to be furniture being flung around the room. I called the front desk to complain and after looking into it, they called me back and said it was maintenance fixing some plaster, at 11:30 at night?! I was told it was over, but far from it, next I got the sounds of a vacuum, more furniture being thrown around and loud music being pumped through the walls! (I recorded the entire thing)

Kristin was Amazing to deal with as was most of the front counter staff. The bed was like a rock which was disappointing, the bartender was great but the food was a dismal failure from the breakfast sausage & biscuits to the wings and soup.

Cold water; room temp not moderated The hotel appearance was good and the restaurant was nice. My reasons for the low rank are because we couldn’t get hot water in the sink, and the shower took quite awhile to get hot enough to be comfortable. In addition, the temperature in the room was impossible to moderate. We went between turning the heat on then off because the room would go from very cold to very hot. The bed was also very uncomfortable, as though the springs were broken. In general, the stay was uncomfortable and we won’t stay there again.

Used to love staying here until our most recent trip. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and i made the mistake of looking behind it. Entire wall was covered in black mold, wife who has asthma was appalled.
