設施：房間不隔音，過道的聲音很吵，窗户不隔音，單層玻璃，鋁合金框，路邊很吵，洗澡容易外流水進卧室，

環境：床上還有蜘蛛，估計靠樹沒關窗的原因。可以停車，去江邊不是很遠，不靠商業街
