First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised! Beds were comfortable, quick walk to downtown, and the front desk staff were very friendly!

This was the hotel we chose for our first trip to Banff.
It only took about 5 minutes to get to downtown Canmore, and around 20 minutes to Banff Village.
The room was in great condition, and we especially liked the hardwood floors — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable.
One of the main reasons we chose this place was the waterslide, and it didn’t disappoint!
Our kids absolutely loved it, and the warm pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
We highly recommend this hotel!
