The Malcolm Hotel

Stayed one night with the family. Great location, free parking and the service was excellent. Kids loved the swimming pool. We had dinner at the Stirling, the sunday prime rib buffet was great value, kids eat for free. Would come here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, a few details left me disappointed. The hotel is new and very clean, which was great to see, but unfortunately, it fell short in some areas. One glaring issue was the table soccer in the game area – it had no balls, making it completely unusable. This might seem minor, but it’s frustrating when advertised amenities are incomplete. Additionally, many of the amenities felt incompatible or poorly thought out. Whether it was the plugs, chargers, or other facilities, things just didn’t work smoothly or as expected. Overall, while the cleanliness and newness of the hotel were impressive, the lack of attention to detail with amenities made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Room is spacious and clean, convenient location, staff is friendly. We had great time staying at this hotel.
