Beautiful setting. Really nice landscaping. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Rooms need to be refreshed. Starting to show their age. Room smelled awful!! Body odour everywhere despite the room being fairly clean. Needs a deep cleaning of soft surfaces. Some kind of freshener would have been nice.

10/10 Excellent stay in the Rockies My wife and I just spent two wonderful days/nights at the Worldmark in Canmore. The room was large, clean, nicely furnished and smelled good! The property has an outdoor pool, hot tub, and underground heated parking. We cannot understand why anyone would give this property less than a 10/10 review. We have stayed MANY hotels over the years and for the price, this was definitely one of the nicest/best values. We will absolutely come back again. Ignore the ridiculous comments from those who have lowered the ratings of this property based on things like forest fires/air quality. Do you homework and you may find a great little gem in the majestic Rocky Mountains.

There was virtually NO hot water. You had to run the hot water for 20 to 30 minutes before you got any hot water. The furnace system was very noisy!
