Rundle Chalets

Great location for traveling from Saskatoon and going further west to BC, cozy cabin in the forest. Thanks for the stay and we'll be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Rundle Chalet in Canmore. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bedsheets were dirty, and the overall condition of the unit made our stay uncomfortable. What was even more frustrating was the lack of flexibility from management. After raising concerns about the property’s condition, our request to cancel the booking was refused, resulting in a loss of approximately $400. I understand that policies exist, but basic cleanliness and property maintenance should be a priority for any accommodation provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here and would encourage management to improve their cleaning standards and customer service.

My wife and I traveled to Banff National Park and chose "Rundle Chalets" in Canmore for our stay. We had a very pleasant experience staying there. Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, small but comfortable cabin with everything you need for a traveler, and all this in the midst of incredibly beautiful mountain scenery.

The hotel has a great location, only 15 minutes from Banff. It feels more like a cozy house than a typical hotel, with plenty of amenities provided. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area.

Amazing cabin! Very good for the price and was very cute for a weeken getaway with a loved one!

I am very disappointed. I canceled my booking and still was charged saying no show. Would never use trip. Com and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

It is rustic for sure. Cobwebs on outside of windows. Old, dark, wood cracked due to age and weather. Bed pushed up against wall so you have to crawl out. When your in late 70’s and have issues, not pleasant. Ants inside of room.
