Very nice hotel but a lot of waiting at the reception as well as at Room Service room very badly placed we were just above the air conditioning fans of the whole establishment as much to tell you that the noise at night was unpleasant… It's that's why we only stayed one night and then left for the Martinez to finish the week Too bad Especially when the receptionist asks us if the room suited us and we only answer no, she doesn't even try to make an effort on the breakfasts that we paid one hundred euros

I didn't stayed at a room with nice view, but the hotel operate small terrace on the first floor served with champagne(on-charge). Rooptop terrace was closed for the some duration, so that I could not visit. Breakfast was good though, even though the service staffs looks somewhat less professional. They, however, are very kind. In general, nice visit and stay in Cannes. Thanks.

The lady in the breakfast restaurant is such an amazing person, he praised the smartphone case, talked to Nico Nico and enjoyed it. The breakfast itself is of course delicious. Japanese fruits are usually better, but sweet and delicious! ! There are also good brands of black tea and herbal tea. Come out る You can relax on the private beach in front of you, and you are also close to shopping from the back door of P. There is also a supermarket. The facility is Bulgari, slippers are soft and fluffy ☆ No toothbrush (No other places in France.) If you ask me for your Wi-Fi password and try to enter the room, you need an ID and it is not connected (´ ;ω;`) When listening to the story, the same pass and ID will be entered! If you tell me at the beginning, you don't have to spend a lot of time, but this is the only benefit. We reached the front row by taxi, but the brother in the front row turned the car to the back P and took the luggage to the room. We went back a little bit on the way home, but it was not difficult. (Google Map!)

It is committed to changing other hotels of the same type for me if there is a continuous power outage. The measures have practical actions and are trustworthy. Looking back, after complaining about the IHG member's European hotline, he said that he would understand the situation, and then called me back, and then there was no more. was great to find this apartment with all the necessary we need for a short trip to Cannes during the Film Festival! Just by the beach but in a very quiet and good location. Parking was proved with an extra tax, the Blue Café was nice and convenient with a good coffee and breakfast. All together we were pleasantly satisfied with our stay! We come here every year since 2017. Initially we were meant to stay for 3 nights but have extended it to 5 nights as we had to work week days and wifi was good for video conferencing. It is not luxury hotel - it is practical hotel for family stay. It has enough space, table, 2 chairs, bathroom with walking in shower as well as bathtub. If you don’t fancy going out, you can microwave your meal in the room. The front desk is great, the manager lady is very professional and attentive and brunette gentleman (Thomas) was just outstanding: nothing was too much to ask. We felt very safe there. It is true about noise coming from the street and rubbish trucks but this is also true if you stay in other city in South France as these services only work overnight due to the traffic and heat during the day. They were kind enough to recognise our loyalty and bring us small gift with a note. Housekeeping lady is very polite and diligent. Her service was very consistent. Especially when you stay more nights, it makes a difference. Towels are of good quality. I would say the only negative is ever increasing price. It is more than double of pre-covid times and further up from last year. It is no longer good value Cannes option it used to be. I hope we can still afford it next year.

Very well located hotel. There is parking nearby (paid) and there is a beach next door. The room is very good, we can arrive 24 hours a day. Very nice hotel, the small drawback is that the housekeeper cleaned some rooms before 11 am, so the noise was very loud, so I woke me up at 9:30 am. The customer also went home around 3.30 in the morning and made a lot of noise. Otherwise everything is fine 👍🏻

Pros: Basic hotel with nice staff. Negatives: 1. Pillow cases don’t fit, leaving yellowed & completely uncovered pillows open to touch your skin/face while sleeping lounging. 2. Non functioning AC in the rooms. Speaking with staff and asking them to visit the room, I was informed this is the normal functionality of the AC- which leaves the room the same stifling, humid temperature as the corridor- even hotter than outside in the summer heat (at night 20C outside, 29C in the room). Staff helped me open the room window fully to help let in air but with window facing a closed wall with other room windows this is no solution. I considered propping open the corridor door to allow some air flow and allow at least some relief- however clearly this isn’t a safe option…. Loud homeless people & groups of kids in the streets below intensify the annoyance of laying in bed, uncomfortable, sweating, unable to sleep with the heat & noise- don’t even think about being able to pull the duvet over yourself. Overall 1/10 comfort. If the above described experience feels like a 4-star hotel experience to you, then this is the place for you. Overview: Deeply, deeply unhappy with my stay and would not ever risk return. Cannes has loads of far better hotels at the same or even significantly less price point. (I’ve lived and worked in Italy and the south of France for 12 years, visiting Cannes at minimum three times a year during this period). There were other available options I know from previous trips that are very convenient and comfortable- for 50€ less a night… However some friends living here mentioned this hotel and I thought to try something new… extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.

The area between the hotel and embankment was recently renovated. The last time was in December, in the rooms warm, good breakfast, almost always make the room appreciation at the settlement. At an adequate price - recommend.

Stayed in classic room which was very spacious and rooms were very quiet. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Large indoor pool area or you can pay 20 euro to use rooftop pool for the day. There is a carpark but you need to book a space as they are limited and it is very hard to find. Turn right into the street just before the hotel and about 50metres up that road on the left is a roller door. Press buzzer and they will let you in. No signage on roller door.

By far, I wish I was staying here during the Cannes Festival. I had to grab 1 night and then go to our corporate apartment as we all are attending the Cannes Film Festival. The room was amazing and I slept a good 8 hours strong. The Staff was incredible. Sarah at the front desk helped me with check-in at the AirBnB our company got, but in all honesty, I wish I could stay here insted. Thank you, Sarah, for being so nice, helpful, and keep that friendly smile.

Is it a 5 star hotel? No not even close but it's descent for the area as it's an expensive area. Agreed that for $350 a night the customer service could be better. But the lobby and rooms are attractive and fresh. (A number of the hotels on my trip were outdated and beaten up.) I like that I had a balcony and there was coffee in the room. It's in a very good location: 15-minute walk from the train station and in walking distance to all the main attractions. A little noisy from the rooms next store. I didn't notice the smell other reviewers did but there is construction going on in the street in front of the building which could be related. In that you must pay the hotel to use the beach, probably better cache to buy the chair and umbrella from the adjacent glamourous Carlton. Get Outlook for iOS

The hotel is not located in the center of Cannes and it may take ten minutes to take a taxi from the Shadow Festival Palace. Because the factory to visit is nearby, I usually stay at this hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, large, ample parking space, suitable for self-driving. The room is of a good size, and it is possible to put down one of the 26-inch suitcases that are open. If it is a double occupancy and there are two large suitcases, it is estimated to be narrow. The room is equipped with an electric hot water bottle and the mattress quilt is more comfortable. The hotel's best is the variety of breakfast and dinner (all buffets), better than some four-star hotel breakfast, this is my most satisfied.

As a regular visitor to Cannes & have had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Mondial on many occasions. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly goodbye on check-out and everything in between, I only have praise for the hotel. Perfectly located just off Rue d'Antibes and a few minutes walk from car park & railway station, its only a short walk to Croisette beach. The rooms are a good size, well air conditioned and quiet. The beds are comfortable and towels are soft. Some rooms have balconies which is a nice touch. The mini bar is well stocked & there are complimentary bottles of water & some Nespresso capsules for a morning coffee. Breakfast is plentiful and very good quality. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and their wonderful staff. It's always a pleasure to stay there. The only downside is that I sometimes can't get booked in owing to the popularity of the place during the peak season & when conventions and shows are on. Top notch guys. You're the best!

We had a double bed that was actually two simple mattresses moving in the night ☹️. A deceptive 😔 can because the hotel has a lot of potential.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel 🏨.The hotel's strong location is its geographical location, in the centre of Cannes, close to many restaurants and luxury shops. We were well received when we arrived however on 5 days the housewife 🧹 passed only once under the pretext of the ”covid”, so that she would like to make our room it had to go to make a complaint at the reception since The room had only one window that gave on a wall, and there were many smells that came down. We had a double bed that was actually two simple mattresses moving in the night ☹️. A deceptive 😔 can because the hotel has a lot of potential.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights during my interrailing trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the train station and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and had great customer service! We arrived early but was able to check our bags in and headed out. Again, when we arrived back to the hotel late at night the male night reception was super friendly! Great customer service! However, on checkout the lady at reception was very rude. We overheard her ask for 40 cent more from the couple in front of us as the hotel had charged them wrong. And then without even saying hello she stated that we owe money. We had paid in full on arrival so was confused and asked why. She stated that the gentleman who checked us in had not calculated it right and that we owed €2. As this had happened to the people in front of us as well we felt it was wrong of them to be asking every customer for the extra money if it was the hotel at fault. She became very abrupt and said “will you not pay it then”. Obviously we weren’t bothered about the €2 but it was the way we were being spoken to considering it was the hotel at fault. Perhaps staff training in customer service is needed for this individual as well as training in basic numerical skills. Overall, I don’t want to leave a terrible review as it was only that one lady who treated us very badly and was very rude. All the other staff were amazing and went above and beyond! So yes I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cheap stay in Cannes with the perfect location! Just disappointed in the bad ending!

Pros: Basic hotel with nice staff. Negatives: 1. Pillow cases don’t fit, leaving yellowed & completely uncovered pillows open to touch your skin/face while sleeping lounging. 2. Non functioning AC in the rooms. Speaking with staff and asking them to visit the room, I was informed this is the normal functionality of the AC- which leaves the room the same stifling, humid temperature as the corridor- even hotter than outside in the summer heat (at night 20C outside, 29C in the room). Staff helped me open the room window fully to help let in air but with window facing a closed wall with other room windows this is no solution. I considered propping open the corridor door to allow some air flow and allow at least some relief- however clearly this isn’t a safe option…. Loud homeless people & groups of kids in the streets below intensify the annoyance of laying in bed, uncomfortable, sweating, unable to sleep with the heat & noise- don’t even think about being able to pull the duvet over yourself. Overall 1/10 comfort. If the above described experience feels like a 4-star hotel experience to you, then this is the place for you. Overview: Deeply, deeply unhappy with my stay and would not ever risk return. Cannes has loads of far better hotels at the same or even significantly less price point. (I’ve lived and worked in Italy and the south of France for 12 years, visiting Cannes at minimum three times a year during this period). There were other available options I know from previous trips that are very convenient and comfortable- for 50€ less a night… However some friends living here mentioned this hotel and I thought to try something new… extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days during MIPCOM in October. It's in a good location, not far from La Croisette. The staff is very attentive, particularly Magali who was very helpful in keeping and returning some clothes that I had forgotten at the hotel when I checked out. The dinner menu should be more diversified, as I found it very limited and repetitive.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nehô Suites in Cannes. The room was very nice, spacious, and quiet. We also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool area. Perfect! The spa services can be recommended. We booked a sauna and massages, and it was so nice. Hopefully will have a chance to come back another time. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and positive.
