Nice clean room. Confortable bed. Walking distance to most of the spots. Shopping, running by the beach, dining. It's was perfect at a reasonable price. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel location is superb, walkable to all shops and restaurants. Nice in -room features and hotel facilities. Highly recommended

The location of this hotel is excellent and it was clean. But that is where it ends. We made the mistake of booking this hotel in April while the heating was still on full blast. It was a beautiful weekend with warm weather outside, and even with the window fully open, the heat on the 5th floor was unbearable. Even though they advertise air conditioning in the rooms it had not been activated and instead pumped out more heat. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights I was there. When we complained, the desk staff were sympathetic but helpless. When we finally spoke to a Manager he was extremely dismissive and quite rude. Probably the worst customer services I’ve come across in years.

Great stay - better than expected. Loved the decor, comfortable rooms, charming and nice employees, and great breakfast. The gym is new (small, but new) and the rooms had all the little amenities - coffee / tea, robes, lotion, wine opener, fridge, etc etc. It's the little things that count, and this hotel has it. Will stay again!

Great Boutique Type of Hotel. Many details to make you feel at Home. Best staff ever. Excellent GM - Mme. Lucille always “on the floor”, efficient and very warm & friendly check-in by Lorna. I loved the delicious and very well presented daily breakfast buffet. A big shout out also to the F&B Team

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Croisette Beach Cannes . We were warmly greeted by Lorna and Matthew. The clean room, amenities and Clarins toiletries were outstanding. The central location across the street from the Carlton was amazing. We would definitely recommend.
