I love this hotel, but only if they didn't have two types of rooms – renovated and unrenovated. You should only stay in a category with a balcony.

For an affordable price the quality was also there. Very satisified with the location in a beautiful building. Will book again.

ATTENTION AUX CAFARDS ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée à l’hôtel nous nous sommes endormis rapidement et avons découvert au petit matin des cafards ! Le gérant de l’hôtel qui n’est pas qqn d’agréable, n’a absolument rien fait et a refusé de nous rembourser je vous déconseille cet hôtel la propreté laissé à désirer, il n’y avait même pas de savon ou de produit pour se laver les mains. Il ne vaut pas du tout ses 3 étoiles ! C’est honteux de voir des cafards énormes à son réveil et de même pas faire un geste ou d’être remboursée.

Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

The hotel facilities are rather old, with the overall decor and equipment showing signs of age. Room cleanliness is average, with some corners not being thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the experience is rather ordinary, offering poor value for money, and would not be recommended for those who have high expectations for their accommodation.

This seems to be the first time I've stayed at a hotel in Cannes. Its advantage is its location in the bustling city center. You can go shopping and eat right downstairs. The streets of Cannes are quite lively at night, but they quiet down around 9 or 10 pm, so it doesn't disturb your rest. The mornings are very peaceful.

Bathroom sliding door is crooked and broken, not up to standard. Same problem: loose and flimsy electrical outlets – not good for electronic devices. Air conditioner remote control is esoteric. I had to turn it off directly on the unit, which is high up – not ideal!
