Second visit and it doesn't disappoint. Whilst they are a little anal on the 3pm check-in the staff are professional and pleasant. The room, whilst small is fine too and sleep is mostly guaranteed with good black out curtains etc. Perfect for the Beefeater opposite. Overall a great venue.

Beverly at reception was kind, courteous and very informative, in my opinion she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and enjoyable, I'd give her 10 out of 10. The room was impeccably clean and the quietness made for a great sleep,waking up refreshed.

Lovely staff, clean rooms and opposite a restaurant, what more could you want? Bev in particular is amazing, very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We stay here a few times a year for a local event and always receive the same level of service.

Bev the receptionist was amazing on arrival, made me feel very welcomed & safe, nice to be greeted by somebody so kind. Check in was really easy, no problems at all. Room was really clean & tidy, had everything you’d need in there, bed was comfy and bath was lovely.

This is a very tired looking site. The rooms are smaller than any other site that I have stayed at. My room was very musty and Bev went out of her way to switch rooms just before she finished her shift. Both rooms were very lean and well presented. The bed was so comfortable that I had ordered one for home. The bar area has seen better days and would make a great period film location. Restaurant staff at dinner and at breakfast were extremely helpful and offered a high level of service. Meal deal is such good value for money. It's the staff that make the difference to this run-down site. Without them, it wouldn't survive.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Beverly on reception. The Beefeater restaurant served a great breakfast and the staff in there were lovely too. I was visiting family and will definately stay again next time I come up. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended staff are great especially Bev the manager and Emily on reception definitely stay here - so helpful and friendly - rooms are clean and a good size have tea and coffee in room if you want more just ask at reception five stars definitely

I would definitely stay again and recommend this Premier Inn. I have stayed multiple times for business use, the rooms are always clean and tidy. Extra towels are also available if your stay is slightly longer. The staff are super friendly, Bev on reception was very helpful and kind!! Many thanks, Sophie
