Breakfast is relatively good. Hotel location is average. It is not safe at night nearby. This is the case in this country. It is recommended not to go out and hang out at night. Not far from the airport!

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

Stayed at Intercity Gravitai for a few weeks and the overall service was superb. Food was great, and the staff were all super friendly and accomodating. I will miss their welcoming smiles and attentiveness. Special shout out to Diorge, David, Camila and Dion at icafe, and also to Claudic who cleaned my room everyday and made sure I was comfortable. Hotel location & surroundings: Conveniently located in Buchon. There are many shops around, and it is convenient to go to Uber. Check-in, out and response: The check-in time has passed but the room is not ready for you to wait. The staff wasn't very friendly after the late check-in. Friendly staff at check out. Respond differently depending on the hotel staff Room condition: Overall modern and pretty. Great bed with lots of extra futons. It was cold because the weather was winter, but the room was colder than I thought. Please note that there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The shower is not working properly and water leaks to the side. Hot water comes out very well. Cleanliness outside the bathroom is not bad. Other facilities: Breakfast quality is good. Fruits and various bakeries are available. Good for a relaxing breakfast. There are plenty of places to sit and relax inside the hotel.

When I called and asked about the parking, I was informed that the hotel offered 6 free vacancies in front of the hotel, and I agreed with the open parking next door. But if you need to get out of the car, you will have to get to the parking stay and, when you come back, you will have to take a new ticket, paying another use of the parking, which was not reported by the attendant. In the case I paid 46 reals in parking, not compensating the value of the accommodation, because I had to leave only once. Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
