Aparthotel Canyamel Sun ★★★
Can Simoneta - Adults Only ★★★★★
"I simply cannot say enough about our experience at Hotel Can Simoneta. Perched on the cliffs overlooking the Balearic Sea, this property is nothing short of breathtaking. The setting is serene and spectacular, offering panoramic views (I called it an infinity lawn) and a sense of peace that is hard to describe but impossible to forget. From the moment we arrived, every detail was flawlessly executed. The food was exceptional. The service was equally outstanding. To help celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, we were graciously upgraded in accommodations, which elevated the entire experience to something truly unforgettable. This is a place to disconnect, to breathe, and to soak in the beauty of Mallorca. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxed, with an effortless elegance that defines what a five-star escape should feel like. We left feeling deeply refreshed and incredibly grateful. None of this would have been possible without the help of Henrik at Rural Hotels Mallorca. His guidance and expertise were invaluable. He provided accurate, honest descriptions of the property, helped us select the perfect hotel, and even arranged a fantastic car rental and curated recommendations that made our trip extra special. I would absolutely recommend working with Henrik and Rural Hotels Mallorca for anyone planning a visit to the island. We can only hope to return one day. Can Simoneta is a place that stays with you."
Canyamel Park Hotel & Spa - - Adults Only (+16) ★★★★
"Outstanding service, steps from beach (water 25 degrees!), always quick and helpful reception staff, clean, comfortable rooms. We only booked one night and worried about mixed reviews so were honestly surprised just how nice it was! We didn't use pool."
Melbeach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only ★★★★
"To the direction of Steh Hotels, We stayed at the Melbeach hotel in Mallorca from Aug 23 to 27th to celebrate my wife's birthday (Aug 23rd). The location and the staff were great, so it pains me to write this complaint, however, our room was a bit of a nightmare... The first night the A/C went off in the middle of the night and I had to get up twice in the middle of the night to try and fix it as it was extremely humid and hot outside and impossible to sleep in a sweaty bed... In the morning, tired from a very difficult night, I showered for a short time until the water at the base of the shower began to overflow and create a river of water all the way to the bedroom. It is really disappointing not to be able to take a decent shower after a sweaty and miserable night. We told the staff and they seemed to suggest that someone would have a look at both problems and resolve them. The staff made no offer of a free night, no discount to reflect the difficult night, no suggestion of a possible change of room, or anything like that...there was even a suggestion that I try removing the drain filter myself...frankly that's not why i come to an expensive boutique hotel to get my hands dirty with plumbing work! Second night: the same thing...no AC in the middle of the night, 2 mid-night wake up requirements to play with AC controls, and a bigger river of water after a shorter morning shower! After providing more info to staff, this time they fixed the drain and the shower worked, and they fixed the AC and we could actually sleep the 3rd night. But still no offer to compensate us and a bit disappointing that it took two full nights and overflowing showers to fix the problem when it could have been done immediately apparently. The 4th day we woke up after a good sleep and a good shower, went for breakfast, and when we got back to the room it smelled terribly in our room of sewage...Aie aie aie.. it seems like this room is *******. Just one thing after another... Finally, the smell went away, and we finished our holiday with a decent last night and overall we had a great time despite the constant issues with our room. We liked the hotel staff and location but the room was really a disaster and it would be normal to compensate your clients for an expensive experience that left a little to be desired in terms of the room, the hotel infrastructure, and the price/quality equation. I hope this gets in front of the responsible person's eyes at the group level as you are a quality chain of hotels and should be sensitive to this sort of experience. Problems can happen, its how you handle them that matters most. Thanks for your attention, Mike "
Universal Hotel Castell Royal ★★★★
"It was a perfect location for fabulous beach views, in a quieter area but with close local facilities via bus if you fancy a little more hustle and bustle. There were a few local shops which we thought were good value for money. The hotel was well maintained, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful too, with some really fantastic shared spaces. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic view over looking the breach. It was overall brilliant hotel. The food was absolutely incredible, fresh and even though it was all inclusive you didn’t feel like cattle being herded through dinner. I loved it."
Apartamentos Sinfony ★★★★
"A wonderfully run apartment hotel. It's very inviting and comfortable. Elvira, the hotel manager, goes out of her way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Thank you for everything!"
Apartaments Sa Torre by Sureda Mas ★★★★
Canyamel Classic, Solo Adultos ★★★★
"The hotel is very good, especially the animator (entertainment host) who always asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. He also hosted events like the disco and water aerobics, which was truly amazing."
Apartamentos Sureda ★★★★
"Quiet, close to the beach, easy to park... something to keep in mind. Clean rooms with everything you need, well-kept facilities, very nice pool, possibility of having a barbecue, renting paddle surf boards... Very good attention from the workers, concerned that you enjoy yourself. The only thing but the mosquitoes, I recommend a bracelet, anti-mosquito plug..."
