Enjoy our two bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests at approx. 200 m from the beach. One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. You'll find an open plan kitchen, a cozy living room, and must-have amenities, including a washing machine, air conditioning (on a weekly extra cost), tv, a big terrace to chill and covered parking on site.
The beach service is not included in the price and it is mandatory to pay 70eur on arrival at the agency.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-All utility bills
-Final cleaning
-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 60eur per week
-Only small pets allowed on request: no cats allowed: 50eur per pet/week
-Under no circumstances, medium and large sized pets are allowed
