Our one bedroom apartment, in a residence with shared swimming pool at 350m form the beach, is located in an excellent spot. The apartment is comfortable and features a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom with shower box also comes with a washing machine. Uncovered parking space for guests and lovely terrace at your exclusive disposal.
A/C available at an extra weekly cost.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-All utility bills
-Final cleaning
-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
