Had an amazing stay

Very small spaces. Even after getting an upgrade to my room, which they charged me for. This place is not worth the money spent.

Was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, and quiet. The AC worked and the location was very central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ever since Covid and multiple hotel quarantines I have a bit of PTSD regarding hotels. At Neighbourgood I actually didn't experience that, slept well and was happy to be in the room.

NEighborgood East City in Cape Town is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood with a great mix of trendy cafes, art galleries, and boutique shops. It was quiet small room

Very clean and nice facility

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Given that we booked for two, it was strange that there were towels in the room only for one... We asked to bring these towels, but every day when cleaning the room they left us a set for only one!!! There is no water in the room, as well as detergents... The breakfast was as meager, cold and tasteless as possible!!! The room itself was small and dirty, the floor always stank of dichlorvos ((( Better take another hotel if you want to relax in comfort...

The service was good but the cleaning lady seemed like she was having a bad day… The best part of my stay was the food ( I’m a big back don’t judge) it was good but I’ve had better. overall, it was pretty good. I think that my neighbors were hungry, because at night I heard someones stomach growling

Wonderful central location and excellent restaurant. The staff all have great energies and a very customer satisfaction driven behavior. The room was not well maintained and had shown lots of unecessary wear. I have stayed here 2 other times and the rooms on other visits were in much better condition.

Tash was very friendly and served us with so much love and patience. I love her energy! She was also very informative and we definitely would be coming back again thanks to her! The breakfast special was worth it, such a generous portion for the price!

The location of the hotel is great, close to all main attractions and easy to get around. The hotel is good value for money. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to meet all expectations. Nosihle Zondo and Shaun Made sure they attended to all our queries and did their best to make us comfortable. Thank you for the great service.

Although my stay was lovely, I have to give a poor rating because my booking was processed twice even though it was obvious I was travelling solo and did not need two rooms for myself. No attempt to resolve the issue amicably has been made. Very dishonest.
