Satisfactory in general, room is tidy, have 4 lifts, just quite slow for the lifts, others are good

The gym was in a very run-down condition. The food served on the 2nd floor was not tasty at all.

Staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. Waited quite a while to have the room available though. Also, the pool wasn't cleaned often enough. Other than that, great stay!

Hotel was at a good location perfect for planning tours and close to the waterfront and many places around the staff were friendly and accomodating breakfast was amazing loved the variety of food room was okay I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers. The view is amazing from the bedroom overlooking the mountains from all directions

Can this hotel be removed from the platform? If there is no hot water supply at night, can it be called a four-star hotel? Can the parking fee be called a four-star hotel? Samsung hotels are better than this

We were in a group tour of 14 organised by Shamal Travel of Mauritius. Accommodation, breakfast, tours and two lunches , and transfers were included in the package. Hotel location is great with easy access to everywhere. Good restaurant inside. Outside many restaurants and fast food shops nearby. All staff were professionals, dedicated, friendly and most importantly very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Divine, the barman at 2 Floor, who went above and beyond to make our time at the bar a memorable one. Also special thanks to the front desk officer and Mr. Roger ,the porter on arrival at night. Not to forget Diana, the waitress at second floor and Diana at the reception and Mr. Jasin on our departure . Given our positive experience at the Hotel, definitely we hope to come again and visit some famous hotspots that we had missed. Keep it Cresta Grande.

This is a decent property to stay in CapeTown. Not very close to V&A Waterfront but they do have paid shuttle service. The room I stayed in was pretty small and did not have any view at all. We were a couple travelling and the room they provided had two single beds! For these reasons I rated this 4*. I would appreciate if the executives are a little more diligent when allocating rooms. I would like to specially thank Mitch at the front desk who has an amazing smile :) and is very customer focused. I also would like to thank Euan (front desk executive) for her customer-centric approach. The food in their restaurant was very tasty. We ordered from their menu and the tempura prawns was yummy! Overall I do recommend this property for the good executives that they have and the tasty food!

Cresta Grande ... Cape Town ... I stayed in this property. Very strategically located on strand street ... With ever smiling reception staff who make you feel so homely with their consideration n ready to listen to you and helping to assist for any queries all the time ... To name a few like Bradley Monica Wilnington ,Walleed , Nolo and Joseph  ... The rooms are well-maintained hats off to house keeping team ... The restaurant on second floor a precious place with poolside sitting too , it serves you perfect breakfast and the staff know their job so well ... Great team ... To name a few Sine ,Tsitsi ,Zizipo ,Chenica ... On my second stay in the same hotel , I was received with such a joy , I just can't get over ... Nitin .
