The Capetonian - Halal ★★★★
"The hotel facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, bathroom, and Wi-Fi all work perfectly. The guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, bright, and spotless. Common areas are also kept tidy and organized. The staff are warm, welcoming, and communicate effectively. The location is excellent, saving time and effort for getting around. It's quiet at night, ensuring a high-quality rest. With great hardware and excellent service, this was a very pleasant stay."
President Hotel Cape Town ★★★★
"My business stay here was great. The hotel's convenient location saved me a lot of time and effort commuting for appointments. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding comfortable, and the internet stable and fast – perfect for getting work done. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it's excellent value for money and my top choice for business trips. I'll definitely consider it first for future travel."
Urban Elephant 16 on Bree ★★★★
"Everything you want in the room with good security, parking free of charged but walking around the hotel quite a bit scared."
The Tokyo Aparthotel by Totalstay ★★★★
"Love my stay at modern and cozy apartments in Lusaka Zambia beautiful house, clean and serene environment , unlimited internet access very centrally located close to the airport and shopping mall as well as good distance to the CBD. very good staff and helpful. I highly recommend"
The Bantry Aparthotel by Totalstay ★★★★
"This place is absolutely amazing! If you're planning to take the City Sightseeing bus in Cape Town, you must stay here—there's a stop right in front! The location is spotless, with a stunning ocean view in front and Lion’s Head right behind you. Personally, the breakfast here was outstanding. It gave me a sense of peace and comfort that even luxury hotels rarely provide. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to stay for over a month!"
Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"The hotel service is good and the staff are warm and friendly. The guest rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Convenient location and easy transportation. highly recommended!"
Mojo Hotel & Market ★★★
"Not a bad place. Location is great. Room is very basic but clean. Slept well after a long flight. Mojo market is right downstairs and the food selection plus vibe is great. Noisy at night but didn’t bother me too much, however I understand if it would be annoying to others."
The Tropicana Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is more like a serviced apartment style with a small kitchnette and full amenities, but it also has the benefit of a 24-hour reception and daily housekeeping, so the stay was very comfortable. The room is quite spacious and all spaces are well-maintained in terms of amenities and cleaniness. The view is nice from the balcony which can look into the oceanside or mountainside."
ONEHUNDRED on M - Fluent Serviced Apartments ★★★★
"Spent 6 nights here in Feb 26. Room was nice, generally clean, comfortable beds, good air con, nice communal space in our 2 bed appartment. Main issues were no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the floors were quite dirty. The major issue was that there was no water at all for about 24 hours. To be fair this was a local issue not a hotel issue but it was really challenging and the company didn't manage it very well! But, assuming the water is working, it's a nice apartment in a nice setting, would recommend! Staff are nice too, I liked Dee!"

"Four family felt right at home. Very clean and neat facilities. Friendly hosts and they were very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again, any time. I can definitely recommend it. Safe parking. Close to shops and the beach."
Boulders Beach Hotel, Cafe and Curio Shop
"Nice enough rooms. Unfortunate restaurant and shop close really early so need to get dinner elsewhere. Also currently no liquor license ."
The Big - Luxury Backpackers
"I stayed for four nights in the mixed dorm while traveling solo. The room exceeded my expectations, with a comfy bed (much better than you’d expect in a hostel), an en-suite bathroom, and only three beds. Towels are provided for free, and the room is tidied up daily. Breakfast is also available if you don’t feel like cooking your own (which you can do). The common areas are fantastic—breakfast room, TV room, study room, garden, and swimming pool. A massive added value is the staff, who make you feel like part of a big family and take great care of you. Thumbs up for the activities and excursions you can book through the hostel as well! I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, with people of all ages. The area is fine, just few steps away from the sea promenade."
Cape Town Marriott Hotel Crystal Towers
"I have requested to be away from the lift but they denied to give me a room next to the lift It’s ridiculous"
InterContinental Hotels TABLE BAY CAPE TOWN by IHG
"Very good 👍"
Pullman Cape Town City Centre
"Room: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable. Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service) Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee. Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved."
Taj Cape Town
"First of all, the service is very good, the breakfast is also very good, thank you very much for upgrading our room, secondly, the facilities are also very complete, I like this hotel very much"
Charles Hope Boutique Hometel
"The location is great! If you have a City Pass, it's super convenient as bus stop #5 is less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily Google and find one you like."
Cape Town Lodge Hotel
"Very noisy Hotel and room cleaning can be Improved. We asked 3 times to get the room cleaned in the 7th floor. Very disappointed that they charged us and other Guest minibar Drinks and Snacks which we did not had. I can understand of its just 1 water or 1 Snack but it was more and we paid 200 Rand more. No reaction from the Management."
Blackbrick Hotel Gardens - Cape Town
"During our stay, housekeeping removed items from our fridge and later admitted via WhatsApp that they had thrown them away, mistakenly assuming we had checked out. We had not. The items were valued at R1,500. What made this worse was management’s handling of the situation. The manager was dismissive and later claimed the staff “did not find” the items - directly contradicting the written admission previously sent to me. That inconsistency speaks for itself. Nearly a month later, no refund has been processed and communication has largely stopped. There were also repeated privacy breaches. Despite displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff entered our room multiple times. On one occasion, a staff member walked in while I was completely naked. This was reported to reception, and no formal apology was ever issued. Mistakes can happen. What defines a business is accountability. In this case, there has been none. We made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through has left us no alternative. Proceed with caution."
Cresta Grande Cape Town
"This is our second time staying at Cresta Grande... We love the location and service"
The Trade Boutique Hotel

Camps Bay Retreat Hotel
"we stayed wit 6 adults in Villa 16 with a marvellous view of Lions Head and 12 Apostels - the room was very nice and comfortable for us six. The hotel facilities and the gardens are really amazing including the suspension bridge to reach your villa. Breakfast and dinner was excellent as well , the service very smart and professional, pick up service by Van works seamless . A real good choice - we will be back quite soon. Many thanks for this perfect stay Klaus"
Krystal Beach Hotel
"What an excellent stay we had in a hotel that is centrally situated to every amenity that the Cape has to offer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. As a Muslim it's also very reassuring to know that they have a halal chef to cater for your needs and breakfast in the morning was an absolute treat prepared by a well trained chef who is Muslim herself. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation and it is ideal for a breakaway from life's huddle and bustle. I have stayed here before and will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future."
