"From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave everything and everyone is perfect. Our room (number 4) was enormous. It is basically one very large room with a lounge area and then the bedroom area and then the bathroom with a sliding door so it can be shut off. There are doors opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of choice for breakfast with anything cooked freshly prepared. In summary a fantastic place to stay."

"Stayed at Camps Bay Retreat for 5 days for our honeymoon. An absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The views are amazing and the food was fantastic. But the thing that made this place so special was the staff. So many lovely, attentive people…I can’t remember everyone’s names, but just know that everyone was fantastic. A special shoutout to Kelvin, Alex, Damien, Sibu, Memory & Kevin. Thank you again for such a memorable stay…we will definitely be back :)"

"I can’t say I enjoyed my stay here. Check in is only at 3. Got there a little earlier and the room still wasn’t clean and available at 3. It is VERY noisy because there’s a bar downstairs. Don’t go if you looking for peace and quiet. The rooms and bathroom is very small and old school. There was a noise in the AC too that kept me up all night. The only good side is that it’s close to the sea point beach."

"Delighted with the hotel! - there are no other words to describe it. Very comfortable and large room with an ocean view, kitchen with groceries, everything is very convenient. Located across the street from the beach. Nice girls at the reception - they helped call a taxi, and since I didn't have cash, only a card, they helped me make a payment through the hotel. And then they even carried my suitcase to the taxi and loaded it, the taxi driver didn't even get out of the car. I didn't expect this from Uber in South Africa... Apparently that's how it's done there."

We pre booked dofferent experiences and ended up changing all the times but they did this very easily and still we managed to do everything we wanted to. The resturant staff were super friendly and it was so nice being able to just walk across to eat at night times. It's a very quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms are second to none."
