"From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave everything and everyone is perfect. Our room (number 4) was enormous. It is basically one very large room with a lounge area and then the bedroom area and then the bathroom with a sliding door so it can be shut off. There are doors opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of choice for breakfast with anything cooked freshly prepared. In summary a fantastic place to stay."

"This is the first hotel I have walked in and just said Wow. It feels more like a home . The staff are amazing the atmosphere is very zen .Normally I'm in a rush to explore the area but this hotel is a place you just want to relax and take in the amazing surroundings It's like being in someone's luxury house. The superb food is cooked in the open planned kitchen in front of you and you eat with the few other people staying in your area. My wife has a number of dietary problems but they did everything they could, to prepare her delicious food. The bed was by far the most comfortable of our trip in SA."

"Nice hotel with great location. Mojo Market is right next to it and that makes it super convenient for food, drinks and live music most nights. The staff is super friendly, helpful and truly make you feel welcome. The only suggestion would be to let people know there's construction currently happening right next to the hotel which makes it a little noisy. Perhaps the hotel could offer rooms for a cheaper rate for the inconvenience. TVs might need checking as well. I was not able to use mine at all. Overall it was a great stay though. "Although the desk, facility staff were all exceptional, mgmt team failed to adhere to 5* luxury hotel customer service when the amenities one expects from this type hotel with a premium rate fails to meet normal operating expectations! For example, A/C first night inoperable combined with terrible noise that resulted in no sleep followed up by no water pressure during shower next morning. Despite this fact noted by the repairman the next day, hotel mgmt refused to offer any credible consideration aside from if we returned at a later date “something” may be done! After reading other reviews with similar issues, this appears to be common operating procedures!"

"This hotel welcomed us with open arms!!! From the minute we arrived they were very friendly and helpful, check in was so easy a quick. We pre booked dofferent experiences and ended up changing all the times but they did this very easily and still we managed to do everything we wanted to. The resturant staff were super friendly and it was so nice being able to just walk across to eat at night times. It's a very quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms are second to none."

Simultaneously, the public spaces are adorned with carefully selected artworks, allowing guests to appreciate unique beauty and cultural ambiance while relaxing or moving through the hotel. This wasn't just a comfortable stay; it was a wonderful experience combining warmth, convenience, artistry, and environmental consciousness. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying again."

"Ability to see the mountain if the room is facing that side. However, the room quite outdated with worn out not so clean cooking carpet. Worst disappointment kicked in when I found out they did not provide slippers. There was so any information beforehand. We would have made the effort to go to a store and buy room slippers or any sandals. It was absolutely gross to walk barefoot than going to bed with dirty feet. Second morning, during breakfast, I have a tote bag size bag on the chair that was easily visible. I went to get coffee and bread. My table was cleared despite having egg, cheese, jam and almond milk on my plate. If there was a HANDBAG on the chair that was out all the way, clearly the food on the plate belonged to that guest. EVEN if they "could" not see the bag, the person in charge could not find the person who cleared the table after asking all the wait staff and servers. Which was about 4 people. So the person who cleared the table could not take responsibility and could not openly honestly admit to her mistake. Disrespectful to a guest and disrespectful to her employer. How about a simple apology? I was told they were going to find out after checking the cameras."
