One of the oldest vineyards but with modern accommodation which is fine. The restaurant food is good. Hotel staff are not engaging. We would not stay there again due to our experience on the final day. Giving plenty of notice of our need for a late stay due to a 6pm pick up, even down to repeating that discussion with reception at breakfast, we were horrified to receive a call at 11am telling us to vacate the premises due to a wedding party having exclusive use. We were offered the ability to hang around the bistro which closed at 4pm but no care as to what happened to us for the final 2 hours. Thank you to the lovely lady in the Wine Tasting Room who arranged for our luggage to be brought over there, our car to come an hour earlier and who looked after us until then - she was a star. This completely soured our experience.

Avoid. Staff are poorly trained and just want to get you through the conveyor belt. Glasses were warm as they had none left so fresh out of the dishwasher and also chipped. Bill was wrong and 2 of the non wine drinkers didn’t even get chance to order a drink. Pored red wine into used wine glasses. Zero refinement and like going to a fast food winery!

Every single time I visit Savoye Restaurant, it is the best experience ever!!! The atmosphere is gentle & tranquil, the gardens & sparkling pool are beautiful, the service is outstanding & friendly & the food is exceptional. Oh & the wines & bubbly are sublime. It is such a privilege to go there & be pampered & taken such good care of. I'd go there every day if it were possible. Gen, Mikey & Russell...much gratitude & love.

Exceptional experience on a perfect, sunny Cape day. We throughly enjoyed our platter lunch, cellar tour and wine tasting. Loved all the wines we tasted, particularly The Jess rosé. Noxi, our host was so pleasant to deal with. She absolutely looked after our group and gave us all the time in the world. A lovely, relaxed afternoon.

We did a horse riding trek through the vineyard and up into the national park- foothills of the mountain. Our guide was very friendly and the horses, rhino, tash, zahara were all perfect for us.,it was a very lovely experience and we’d come back again.

A fabulous end to a lovely day in Franschoek on the wine tram. Wonderful bespoke wine tasting and cellar tour hosted brilliantly by the incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic Jade. Some absolutely lovely reds which we took a few with us. Cheers

What a lovely stay and a perfect service offered to us, we have come far to enjoy and have a wonderful time, we came from Johannesburg just to have a relaxed and wonderful weekend. Thanks to the staff that managed to meet our demands and give us possible help at all time

A bit of a hidden gem being located beside a busy road junction. Don’t let this put you off Ate breakfast here on 3 occasions and would highly recommend The menu is very comprehensive allowing a good choice. Great combination of friendly staff and excellent food,
