"I stayed in apartment 207, which was quite well-equipped and had everything I needed for my vacation. If I had to pick a small flaw, the bathtub had a noticeable repair that looked a bit precarious. Also, the toilet flush button sometimes got stuck. Other than that, the heated pool, gym, and leisure area were all good. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay again if the opportunity arose."

"We stayed at this hotel back in 2016, during our first trip. That's why we chose this hotel again this time. The hotel is conveniently located: the airport and many attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. The bed is comfortable. Lots of storage space. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. However, there are very few sockets and some of them did not work, the kettle was plugged in in the bathroom. The hotel has a good restaurant. Delicious breakfast. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel has outdoor and indoor pools, a gym, a sauna and a steam bath. The hotel provides separate towels for the spa complex, which you can take with you when traveling to the springs. This is very convenient. Towels can be changed for dry ones as needed, since due to the high humidity on the island, almost nothing dries. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help with planning your vacation. This time, at our request, they found the tide schedule for the natural pools, since it is best to swim there during low tide, the water is the hottest. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Disappointment. On the positive side: it's clean and there's parking. On the negative side: check-in was terrible. Check-in was around 7 PM, so the keys were at the reception desk. The hotel is made up of several adjacent buildings, each with different entrances and varying floors, making finding the right room extremely difficult. Since there were no instructions for the room's location, none were sent in advance, and text messages were not responded to, I had to run around in the dark for an hour until the owners deigned to respond and send a video tutorial. They said they didn't have a current email address, but they did send instructions for opening the gate!!! Advice to the owners: create a plan of the hotel's room layout and leave it in a prominent place at reception to avoid such situations. About the room: terrible. They gave me room 6, small, dark, in a semi-basement, with one tiny window facing the back yard, making it impossible to open it or even open the curtains, as you're visible and your view is pretty bad. The same problem with the bathroom window. Right next to the window are several huge, noisy air conditioners. Basically, I had to live like a mole in complete darkness by the light of a lamp. The only saving grace was that I was traveling all day. There's no closet in the room, and the kettle and appliances are in the shared kitchen in the hallway. Incidentally, the lights in the common areas are set up to turn on when you move and turn off after a couple of seconds. So, you know, you can only walk around the hotel at night with your own flashlight. I highly recommend it."
