"It is a good place to stay if you are looking for something cheap and relatively close to the center. We booked a basic triple room and it met our expectations in most aspects. The attention of the receptionists was ambiguous because there were days when they were very attentive and kind, they were very attentive to our requests and others when they were not. The room was simple but had what was necessary to be calm during the stay. Every day they replenished the amenities and cleaned the room, which was a detail that we loved. However, on the last day we requested housekeeping service for later and they had confirmed that it was indeed possible and then they did not come to make the room. In addition, unfortunately they gave us dirty toilet paper, which seemed inappropriate to us. In the room everything worked correctly, even the AC, except the minibar, we gave notice but we did not get a solution from the hostel. Finally, the pool was a very nice place to be after having toured the city under all the sun, and at first glance it was clear that it was well maintained."

"The bathroom drain had no cover, which made the bathroom smell like sewage. Small bed (queen). Central air conditioning takes too long to cool down and caused some allergies. For the price, you can get much better hotels"

"The hotel room is huge and the bed is simply amazing, top quality bed and pillows. The shower is amazing, very hot and strong. Great amenities in the room, little fridge and great hair dryer. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with our reservation and they were prompt to solve it. There is heating, including the flirt and for towels in bathroom so soruper cozy."

"Excellent, well-maintained apartment hotel, larger than expected. The staff goes out of their way to serve you. The breakfast was excellent. It was clean and had two rooms, plus a bathroom and powder room. Air conditioning and two TVs were provided. The only negative I noticed the last two days was the loud noise from an elementary school during nap time, which made it difficult to rest for a while. Everything else was perfect, and the price/quality ratio was optimal. Thanks to all the employees who made our stay very pleasant. Close to everything, yet quiet."
