Naim Hotel
"I stayed in this hotel with my niece from 20 to 22 March and super recommends to visit Capitol. The hotel is super well located, is within the city. Our stay was super quiet, the room was spacious and certainly indic to friends and when I'll return to the home again."
Vista do Lago Hotel
Bica d'água Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. The swimming pool is very large, has common areas of comfort and beautiful garden. The room is all very new, clean and very smellful, offers swimming towels. Negative point: The room is lighting, it is dark, when you go to the night, and the reception is empty from the afternoon. I hope I will come back soon."
Pousada Mar de Minas
Riviera Capitólio Hotel
Lara's Hotel
"I took a bus to Capitolio and was hoping to stay at Hostel Badulack. I don't speak Portugese and was not sure how far is Badulack away from the bus terminal. It was my 6 week trip and I just hope that when I get to Capitolio, I would googled it as it has 244/7 desk. It was a shock. There is no door bell and it is hopeless for me to call. I managed to get someone to call for me. The staff replied if there wasn't an advanced booking, it was too late to check in. The two guys who help me to call helped me to find one and brought me to Lara's Hotel. Although the staff don't speak English, they do help me to find private car to get to Canyon cruise for a very good price. The breakfast was very good with a big selection. It is only 15 BRL more than Badulack which offer breakfast for a price. It was a good deal as I have a 3 bed room with balcony. Its breakfast alone is worth more than 15-25 BRL. Very comfortable beds with very clean private bathroom! A good deal and its staff were helpful. Many hostels in Brazil claim that the staff speak English and after 6 weeks around south of Brazil, I disagreed with most of their claims."

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean, friendly staff. As we were out of season, was quiet. So the food was not served self. It was a la carte. But very good. It was a huge, very tasty swimming pool. The staff working was very careful and friendly."

"Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to report a summary of the irregularities that occurred during my stay at the Escarpa do Lago hotel, which began on January 11, 2026. During this period, I personally requested repairs to the air conditioning and the room door lock twice at reception. However, no staff member came to carry out the repairs. Regarding room service, we left the unit for cleaning, but upon our return, the room had not been cleaned. On another occasion, cleaning was carried out, but the towels and bed linen were not changed, contrary to what I had been previously informed. The maintenance of common areas was also deficient, with overflowing external trash cans that were not collected. I emphasize that the bed linen was only changed on the penultimate day of our checkout. Note: One of the towels provided for bathing had the following writing on it (Glass Cleaning). This could cause illnesses due to the towel being used with chemical products, creating an unsanitary environment. Regarding the facilities, I noticed that the room did not have the chair shown in the promotional photos. The chairs available are old, dirty, and located outside the rooms. Furthermore, basic items such as glasses, soap, and shampoo are missing. Regarding hygiene and service in the restaurant, I witnessed animal feces at the entrance, forcing guests to detour to access the area. There was also a lack of punctuality in the breakfast service, with food being removed prematurely before the established time. On several occasions, the manager, Soray, referred to us as "The problem guests." It is clear that we did not have the best accommodation, much less the best service. Given the above, I express my dissatisfaction with the lack of support, hygiene, and facilities provided. Below I include some articles and jurisprudence to address this matter without further delay. 1. Consumer Protection Code — Law No. 8.078/1990 (CDC) The CDC is the main legal basis for protecting guests against failures in the provision of services. Some relevant provisions: Article 6 — Basic consumer rights: right to adequate and clear information about services; protection against abusive practices and clauses; effective redress for damages. Services and Information in Brazil Article 14 — Liability for the service: the supplier (e.g., hotel) is objectively liable for failures in the provision of the service, regardless of fault — it is sufficient to demonstrate that the service was defective."
