Location on the sea, spacious rooms, quality food, truly plentiful and truly varied breakfast, beautiful spa, and then the transparent Calabrian sea and white sand on a lido also equipped with a swimming pool. What more could you want

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children. We booked 2 junior suites next to each other in November 2024. When we got to the resort they had one room on ground floor and the other on first floor. We showed them our emails confirming the rooms needed to be next to each other. We could not leave our kids on another floor to ours. We ended up agreeing to take another smaller room for the kids on the same floor as ours. They have said we will be receiving a refund for the downgrade! Try not to use their shuttle service as it is very expensive. We got quotes from reception and then only to be charged 50% more once the service was used. This happened numerous times. The resort is remote so you are always having to pay fares to go into Tropea Centro or anywhere else. Rooms definitely need renovating, please see my other comments below. The beach is beautiful and the beach staff are fantastic. All in all I would look for other options on our next visit.

Not for people who want to have fun. It is very secluded and can be very boring. It's very regimented . Like, they won't serve any food after 8.30 pm. It got boring very quickly. The service at the dinner was shocking. Very poor , they weren't even listening to our requests. One day , they didn't even give us the table . And we were shocked as to what do we do now ? Since it's like in the middle of nowhere. We got up and went to the city centre which was 40 mins away. Also, there are very few cabs available so when we tried to book a cab they said it will be two hours. So pls go in your own car. The reception staff was nice and over all it was okay. But it got very boring as there was no entertainment available. They need to arrange something for people to have fun rather than just sitting at the beach all day long. There were 90% old people so I guess it not for young people .

Hotel was in a beautiful spot on the sea and rooms were clean. Restaurant service was horrible. I would not recommend for Americans they made it very obvious they did not like us and would not wait on us until they took care of their European clients. It’s also not near any of the local towns and rides were $50euro round trip through the hotel.
