We were very pleased with our stay. The location is nice and easy. The staff is attentive and friendly, solution-oriented. The open buffet breakfast is excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant and reception staff.

The hotel is new and the room is clean. The facilities are complete. I am impressed with this hotel but not impressed with the service of the reception staff when I checked in. They are not friendly, both in speech and facial expressions, not helpful. No one should be discriminated against. It was a bad experience. It ruined our good day. But I still like the hotel. I hope to have a chance to stay here again and hope that I will not encounter this kind of incident again.

The cleanliness, breakfast and pool-spa area are very good, the room is comfortable but not every elevator goes to every floor and the balcony is very small and there was no view.

Wonderful hotel, new, with perfect cuisine, reasonable prices. Having read reviews and analyzed prices in hotels in other provinces, we chose this hotel. Ideal 5*. There is something to compare with, in Isparta we lived in the Hilton and it clearly does not deserve more than 3*. And in general, the best 5* in Turkey are only on the Anatolian coast. We thank the hotel staff for promptly resolving an emergency situation. I will not go into details, but a compliment in the form of a bottle of dry Cappadocian wine, a shelf of fruits and sweets saved the situation. We lived in a large two-story luxury suite. The spa area is a separate song. As if everything was just for you ❤️ The lowest price for this hotel was only here. It was nice to save 15,000 rubles in two days. In general, as an eternal tourist who loves comfort and quality, I recommend

The priority for us was the location. The location was good, close to all the places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean except for a few missing items. We liked the open buffet breakfast. It was an experience that we were pleased with overall, thank you.
