"The traffic in Capri is very inconvenient, especially for people traveling with suitcases. After arriving at the hotel, the brother will help you carry your luggage (provided you have to take a car from the pier to the central square). The room is small, the toilet is large, I don’t understand, the public area is quite beautiful, but it’s useless. A little cheating, I suggest not to live in Capri, it is best to live in Naples, it is good to go back and forth to Capri on the same day, expensive and unnecessary"

The actual environment of the hotel is better than the photos. The only drawback was that the order was suddenly canceled before departure, and then the price was increased by more than a thousand. The reason was that the credit card could not be charged, but in fact this was not the case at other hotels."

"We had the most amazing experience at Pazziella and will for sure come back again! The staff here is top-notch. They are all so kind and genuine making sure that your experience here is so special. The hotel is so clean our room was always immaculate. There’s a beautiful scent in the hallways and so much attention to detail. Our breakfast and every meal here was exquisite. The location was perfect for us. It was very serene and relaxing, but not far from shopping or any activity that we wanted to do. But back to staff, because they were all so fabulous. Roberta, who greeted us upon arrival was so amazing and detail oriented. She made our stay extra special as it was our30th anniversary decorating our room, helping to arrange our vow renewal and celebration. Ludovica was also so very helpful and very kind in helping make our stay so memorable. Francisco was a delight to see everyday, so informative about Capri and sharing information on all the delicacies of our dining experience. I had not been that well on our first day of travel and he and chef went above and beyond to curate something off the menu I could eat. Marco the bartender made the best drinks! When I say this staff is above and beyond is an understatement- they are amazing!!! Thank you Pazziella we will be back."

Villa Marina Capri Hotel & Spa
"A three-day return to Capri after many years, the staff and facilities of Villa Marina made for a perfect visit! Booking/Coordination. Booked directly on their site we found the best balance of price and notable “pre-paid” discount. Pre-arrival most coordination was via e-mail but some via WhatsApp. They were always responsive and extremely helpful with transfer plans and recommendations for dining. Check-in. We opted for a private boat transfer to Capri vs ferry and their concierge did a wonderful job getting the timing correct with coordination with our boat captain and the drivers to pick us up seamlessly for the short ride to the property. Very friendly reception with prompt processing of paperwork and short tour of the grounds. Our room was not yet ready as it was about 10-minutes prior to published check-in so we opted for a drink on the terrace. About 45 minutes we were taken to our room. Room. We decided to go “all out” and opted for the Suite Sea View with Pool. I believe they have two and we stayed in the Costello which is Southeast facing and the view and room were frankly breathtaking. Large open garden, patio, small private infinity pool, quant living room and comfortable bedroom with large doors opening to the patio. Certainly one of our top-ten rooms. Modern styling with all the fine touches you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, the kind of room you could spend your entire vacation in. That said, looking from the outside and of course the website it is clear that none of their rooms would be disappointing. Facilities. Impeccably clean and maintained, Villa Marina is a wonderful respite from the bustle of Capri. Common gardens, pool area and terrance offer quiet relaxation. They have a fitness area and spa which we did not visit. Dining. They have the Ziqù restaurant and an outdoor bar/lounge. Breakfast is served in the restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant terrace has a great view. Breakfast has both a la carte and buffet options which was “European standard” and very tasty. Location. About halfway to the Capri city center along the road from the marina the views are beautiful but away from the hustle of the city. Villa Capri offers complimentary transportation to Capri city center and frankly we considered a must for going into town. The walk is certainly possible but it is made unnecessary and you can save your energy for the city. They have both a van and a Tuk Tuk which is an experience in itself. Staff. A mix of veteran and apprentice hospitality professionals brought the resort to life. Standouts were the concierge desk who would bend over backward to ensure our best stay and the drivers who had an infectiously positive attitude and of course prompt and professional service. They were proof you can’t have a nice hotel without a great staff! Tips. Your choice of course and we never felt it was “expected” but In my opinion place there are a lo"

You can also walk to a convenience store and ice cream store in two or three minutes. The grandfather of the hotel is very nice and tells me how to go to the attractions. From the hotel, you can walk to Augustus Garden in ten minutes. No steps are not very tired."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

The breakfast was lovely and enjoyed on a terrace overlooking the water. However, where this hotel shines, really its best asset, is its lovely, kind and welcoming staff. Everyone, and I meet every. single. staff member greeted us like friends, remembered our names, and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was anticipated and met. The pride they take in the hotel and in providing a warm and welcoming experience is evident from the moment you set foot in the hotel.
