"Got the sea view room. The sea view is really really good. Location is close to the port so was easy to get to. Only had to walk up a slope for 8 minutes. However I thought capri inn entrance is on the ground floor like most hotels but actually it is located on the second floor only and we had to climb up the stairs with our luggage so it was the only point that was a bit tiring. Staff was very welcoming she even explain how the transport work within capri so it was really helpful. We had breakfast in the room too and we were able to eat with the view."

"Absolutely amazing hotel! I traveled alone with my daughter and there was an issue with the single/double occupancy, however the staff was very understanding and they made sure we had the double room. Absolutely perfect hotel, breakfast, location, gorgeous room, and the adorable white persian cat on the premise, everything is just perfect. Recommend 100%!"

"Let me start by saying that we originally booked a deluxe sea-view room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a sea-view business suite. This was one of the happiest surprises of our trip, as the suite was incredibly spacious, offered stunning views, and featured a beautiful Mediterranean design – it perfectly met all our expectations. The service was excellent as well. The front desk attendant personally escorted us to our room and meticulously explained all the amenities, local sightseeing routes, and nearby restaurant recommendations. All the other staff members were also very polite and respectful towards guests. The location is superb too, being very close to Capri town center and the Gardens of Augustus, and also conveniently near the funicular station. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it fell a bit short. We found some hair on the bidet in the bathroom. While bidets aren't typically used by Chinese people, it was still quite off-putting."

"The hotel is in a good location, very close to Piazza Umberto I, with brand-name stores all along the way, and next to the most famous five-star hotel on Capri Island. Although the hotel rooms are not big, they are fully equipped, with a swimming pool and a bar under a lemon tree. The hotel lobby is large and beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is average. The price in mid-March is really cheap, a single room is only more than 900 yuan per night, and it is said that the room rate will rise to 5,000 yuan in the peak summer season."

"The room is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Capri (the upper station of the cable car). It is in a big courtyard of a family home. The environment is good. The room is also clean and tidy. Nothing wrong with it. You can squeeze fresh orange juice for breakfast, which is good. The boss/boss lady is very nice. It is worth noting that there is a considerable ups and downs on the way to the upper station of the cable car, which may be tiring if you pull a suitcase. But anyway, such a room on this island is really worth it. If I have the chance, I would like to stay a few more nights"

"Convenient location! You can reach the hotel very quickly from the port by funicular and then 5 min on foot."

"Disembarked from the dock uphill, about 10-15min walk, the road is not wide, there are cars and buses towing from the side. The hotel cannot check in early, but can store your luggage. The room is very large and has a large balcony with sea views. Breakfast is very rich and delicious! High cost performance!"

"Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. Highly recommend."

"The room is situated on a slightly lower level, so when seated on the balcony, you cannot see the full, magnificent sea view outside. However, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery when having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the overall situation is acceptable. There is also a free shuttle service to the island center."
