"I had a wonderful stay at this capsule hotel. The capsules were spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were polite, helpful, and spoke enough English to make check-in easy. Shared facilities (showers, lockers, lounge) were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient for trains, restaurants, and shops. Great value and a fun, uniquely Japanese experience ."

"I was very positively surprised by The Millennials Hostel. The staff was lovely, the lobby, bar and communal space was awesome. The bar even served free beer and mixed drinks between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. The room/bed was clean, spacious and featured a iPod as a remote control to control: lights, recline of the bed and cabin fan. The iPod also featured a silent alarm system where lights turn on in the pod and bed turned into a sofa! Very cool! The bathrooms and showers where clean and the communal area featured a free coffee machine, drinking water and tea. All in all really happy with my stay, will come back!"

"Although the room was very small, it had everything you needed and was very clean. I felt that the hotel's design truly maximized the use of space. One minor issue was that you had to keep quiet in the room. You couldn't make phone calls because your bunkmate was the person next to you. Also, the room couldn't be locked, which I didn't quite understand."

"Location: Excellent, just one street away from Hakata Station, a stone's throw really. Within 50 meters, you'll find all three major convenience stores – you can imagine how convenient that is. Downstairs, there are local buses and bike rental, making it super easy to get around both near and far. Ambiance: It's only two floors. The first floor lobby is spacious and good for a short break, with a local specialties section, though I didn't compare prices with outside stores. The second-floor dining area is just okay. Service: Luggage storage is just a designated open space on the first floor, simply covered with a net, which feels a bit unsafe. Facilities: Standard capsule hotel setup, with a public bath which is nice. For a single person spending a weekend, the value for money is pretty good."

"Service 3: Those with a lot of luggage should consider this carefully! There's no luggage storage after check-out, which was very inconvenient for someone like me who had some time before heading to the airport. I had to rely on luck to find a locker at the station with a large suitcase, and they only accept 100-yuan coins. In the end, I couldn't store my luggage and had to drag my large suitcase around, wasting a lot of time. Also, due to the capsule design, even if you stay for an extended period, you still have to check out every day, and you have to leave by 11 am. Environment: Very good, I like the quiet and dimly lit atmosphere. It's conveniently located right in the station, and there are many shops nearby. Cleanliness: Very clean, and cleaning is timely. Facilities: The lockers and dorm rooms are separated by a distance, and you can't bring your luggage into the dorm room. Even at midnight, it's still peak time, so you have to unpack your luggage on the floor with many other people. You can't eat inside. The charging in the sleeping pod doesn't have a plug; you can only plug it in directly. It's inconvenient because it doesn't work when plugged in."

"It was very convenient because it was directly connected to the subway station. The shower had a lot of water and pressure, and the shower room was clean. The capsule bed was clean and comfortable. I could hear people walking by, but I fell asleep without realizing it. I would like to use it again."
