"Visited Japan with friends in July. Since it's a bit inconvenient for three people to stay in a guesthouse, we decided to try a capsule hotel, and it turned out to be really great! It was clean, well-equipped, and the service was attentive, offering excellent value for money. If you're traveling with a group or don't want to spend too much on accommodation, capsule hotels are definitely a good choice."

"i can't believe this considered like 2-stars capsule hotel, this is easily 4 stars if not more, really luxury and clean, way above my expectations, guys this is not hostels level😂 this is like a resort. the bed is really comfortable but the pillow was not normal i think it's wheat or something, i asked the receptionist they offer like comfy pillows if you ask, just note, the showers here are public, so everyone need to get naked Infront of everyone on the public bath, luckily there was only one shower with a certain for privacy, inside the public bath, so if that was not available i would really be unhappy, but since it's Available, it's 10/10 experience to me, appreciate it guys"

"The women's communal showers had a strong smell of urine, which felt very unhygienic. There were only two shower cubicles, so we often had to queue outside to use them. The room size was adequate, and there were lockable drawers under the bed. However, the room door itself could not be locked, which was a significant safety concern. I stayed in women's dorm room 422. Throughout the night and early morning, staff members were constantly entering and exiting, performing some unidentified tasks. They were slamming doors and rearranging items, creating a significant amount of noise. To my surprise, in the morning, a male staff member entered the women's dorm room to tidy it up, which made me feel very unsafe. Before check-in, explicit rules were stated prohibiting noise and eating in the rooms, even requiring headphones for watching TV. Despite these strict rules for guests, their own staff continuously made noise, leading to a very poor night's sleep. The location, however, was extremely convenient."

"Had a really comfortable experience this time! You leave your shoes on the first floor and take your key up to the second floor for check-in. The front desk staff spoke English, and check-in was quick with my ID. All the amenities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, the space was large and not stuffy, and both the bathroom and washroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, just a few minutes' walk away. There's also a convenience store and various restaurants downstairs. It was great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka!"

"This capsule hotel is incredibly well-equipped, and the service is great too. It's only one stop away from Shin-Osaka, or about a 10-15 minute walk if you don't mind not transferring."

"It is a convenient inn as you can get many shops just walk out from the inn. The onsen is free too."

"Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off."

"This hotel has very clear pros and cons. Pros: Excellent location (just a short walk over the bridge to the airport) and extremely comprehensive amenities. Great value for money. There's also a convenience store and restaurant downstairs. Cons: Not soundproof or light-proof, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness: Very good and clean. Amenities: Extremely well-equipped with a communal bath, showers, water dispenser, washing machine, and restrooms. It's small but has everything you need, including pajamas, towels, and various toiletries."

"Nice clean, modern hotel. Good amenities and location. Only problem was that it’s a curtain between you at the outside so less privacy and can get stuff as no ac in the capsule. The card machine also did not work when I went, even tried 2 different card types so I had to leave and get cash and come back."

"This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a convenience store right downstairs. There's also a covered street with many restaurants (though the Indian restaurant is terrible, so avoid it). Overall, I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka. Highly recommended."
