Good hotel from the outside but the rooms were old and not very clean.

Bakery, restaurant, bars all very nice. Close enough. Clean elegant and comfortable.

The facilities are excellent, the Hotel is very well located. They need to improve on the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

The hotel is old But the business suite is good and nice It was better than other room’s The price of hotel is reasonable but coffee shop here is expensive more than other places like The staff can’t speak English and it is so difficult for me to communicate with them, for example for one blanket I explained 2 hours to them to they sent ! The room was cold and they hadn’t something to keep in warm! But actually this is good hotel And it’s safe Two receptions stuff in front desk,helped me with great job Geraldine and Albani

The room is old and small but clean, the lobby and restaurant are nice. The service is cold, the restaurant staff is looking at their phones, and the attitude is a bit arrogant to Chinese people. What makes me angry is that the room rate includes breakfast, but the coffee for all other tables is served by the waiter, but I and the Chinese at another table have to get it ourselves, and before I even started eating, they actually sent me a tip bill for me to sign, and I was the only Chinese at another table who had this bill. I asked if it was included in the room rate, and my breakfast was not bought temporarily at the hotel (it is reasonable that a five-star hotel can include service charge for buying breakfast temporarily). A female waiter said coldly that it was included, and just sign it. The problem is that I understand Spanish, are they lying to me? Although Ctrip customer service said that I could get a refund, I was just unhappy and argued with her, and then an older man came over and said that I didn't have to pay, so I let it go, but he still asked me to sign and check if the credit card was deducted when I returned to China. The next day, I didn't get a tip bill for dinner, and I signed it. I didn't give any stars for the service, but I'll give it 2 stars because the front desk was quite enthusiastic.
