It has 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 1 bathroom that serves the other 2 bedrooms), 1 downstairs toilet, large integrated TV and dining room, American kitchen, laundry and outdoor area with sink, barbecue and wood stove, garage for 2 cars (but you can park more cars safely in the street and in front of the house), plus a large balcony to hang the hammock and enjoy the quiet and the singing of birds.
