What a find! !st off, great Price/Value with use of spa included!!! We were driving up the west coast of France and found this place suggested by someone in Biarritz as another good beach/surfing town...we wanted to take beginner's surf lessons. We normally would stay at a place right on the beach, but this hotel had so many extras...we booked it for 2 days and extended it another day. A+++ Service...what wonderful staff at the hotel!! 1st ever...we left a shirt in the room and the hotel emailed us after we left...60 years old and have traveled a lot and this has never happened! Room: Clean, newer...all we needed. No coffee in the room, but I purchased instant espresso at the store. LOVED the spa and outside pool! Steam room, traditional hot sauna, cold room, whirlpool...even cardio in the pool on bikes! We never heard of Lacanau Ocean....we LOVE the town and beaches. We will be back to visit here and stay for at least a week. On another note, it is great for kids and very kid-friendly. In the town of Lacanau (not Lacanau Ocean) there is a lake with a water park with inflated structures...slides and such! Kids will love that! Thank you James....Carole and Staff!!!

Tutto ben organizzato ! In linea con quanto riportato sul loro sito. Non posso che confermare quanto raccontato da altri ospiti. Jean Louis e Catherine sono dei padroni di casa molto ospitali. Il loro punto di forza è senza dubbio la colazione. Ma anche gli altri servizi: parcheggio, bici, appartamento, bravi. La ciliegina sulla torta è un fruttivendolo a 50 metri da casa. Avanti così...

Très bon accueil malgré l arrivée précoce. Chambre et salle d eau impeccables et spacieuses. Nous n avons pas utilisé le spa faute de temps… dommage. Petit déjeuner extra et copieux à volonté. La seule salade de fruits frais de nos 12 jours en chambre d hôtes! Surtout ne changez rien. Nicole et Daniel

Cela fait 3 fois que je vais passer un séjour chez Augustin et j'y reviens toujours ! Le couple qui tient ces hébergements est TRES SYMPA, accueillant, à l'écoute des clients. Je le conseille très vivement car le rapport qualité / prix est TRES satisfaisant ＜3

Très mauvaise expérience. Les gérants n'ont pas le sens de l'hospitalité. L'établissement est en bord de route, les chambres sont organisées autour d'une cour qui permet aux gérants de bien surveiller leur clients ... très envahissants et non respectueux de leur clientèle. Il ne faudrait pas qu'ils travaillent dans le tourisme, l'accueil y est déplorable. Avis aux parents de jeunes enfants : la patronne prévient sur un ton autoritaire lors de notre arrivée alors que nos enfants étaient bien calmes : " attention, tenez vos enfants, après minuit ils ne doivent pas pleurer !" En prime : une chambre où il n'est pas possible d'aérer, pas de fenêtre et le seul petit velux est trop haut pour pouvoir l'ouvrir, pourtant il serait bon de pouvoir ouvrir en grand les fenêtres quand l'odeur de javel est si présente !

Les hôtes sont très accueillants. La Guesthouse est cosy. J’avais réservé une chambre double, j’ai été logé dans un appartement ayant tout le confort et propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi dans le patio en été. L’espace bien-être est un plus. Je recommande vivement cette Guesthouse, très bien située entre Lacanau lac et Lacanau océan. La piste cyclable est juste derrière et ils prêtent des vélos:) On peut donc laisser sa voiture au parking et profiter de Lacanau en vélo ou à pieds.

Nous étions 5 amis en vadrouille à vélo et nous avons été reçus comme des rois. Les appartements sont bien équipés (électroménager de qualité, grand frigo, douches neuves et modernes), confortable et mignons, les hôtes sont incroyablement disponibles et aux petits soins. Nous n'en demandions pas tant! La maison est idéalement située près de la piste cyclable qui va à Lacanau Océan. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.
