very convenient location in City Centre and sight seeing site of castle . Trendy and stylish interior for the role with offer of mini bar. I love the comfortable bed which enjoyed a good rest . friendly and helpful front desk staff made my good time with my family .

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was very clean and cozy. The TV was great for watching the World Cup. However, the front desk initially assigned me a terrible room. As a member from Zhuji, I was quite disappointed. I had to change rooms twice. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Stunning rooms with lovely nods to Welsh culture. The breakfast was tasty and I liked that it wasn’t buffet. The style of the hotel is modern and chic. The location in the arcade is a little unusual but felt secure.

Great hotel in the centre of Cardiff - only complaint is couldn’t get the heating to work. Staff all went above and beyond

A lovely hotel with a spacious double room and great access to the festival we were down for.

Location is superb. A few mins walk if coming by coach. Located in Cardiff centre. Super convenient from banking, shopping to F&B. Happening street. 10mins walk or so if going to Cardiff Central train station. Good security where u need room access card to enter each floor room and also into hotel building which is inside an arcade after 7pm. Friendly n helpful staff. Clean n spacious room different furniture configuration for our 2 rooms booked. . Clean n new towels. AC room with mini fridge n a safe deposit box but mind isn't working though. Complementary Welcome drinks n snack in mini bar which only found out later on upon inquiry of Mineral water. Laminated floor which is a super point for us due to hygienic reason. Bathrobes provided bathroom will get wet easily coz without a door. . Toiletries n disposal slippers provided upon request. Body lotion, body wash, hair shampoo n conditioner provided. House keeping should be more thorough. Wastebin in bathroom not emptied for our 3days stay. Used cups not replaced with new ones at all. Sachets of drinks also not filled up. Overall, Satisfied n will come back again..

Overall a very pleasant experience. Location of the hotel is a little inconvenient due to the fact that cars cannot get to the entrance of the hotel. Otherwise it has been a lovely stay

The hotel is a bit old overall, but most city center hotels in Europe are. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the à la carte options, one per person, were just average. You can try them for the experience, but they were a bit too traditionally British for my taste. Overall, it was a good stay.

We arrived just before check-in time and were allowed to go into a room, but the room had opaque windows. We booked over 3 months ago, just expected what we asked for, not first come put them in there. We then waited for another room, to then get a double bed and a fold away bed instead of two twin beds. Lots of old furniture nonsense which was now in our way as not enough space due to two beds. Beds were comfy but arrangement was not. The breakfast was very nice, could choose kippers if you wanted.

Staff are so polite and lovely. The room was modern and clean. I especially loved the bathroom because it was super clean and spacious. The window was covered by a matte film to prevent being able to see through to opposing buildings. However, there was enough light to ensure the room was not dark in the daytime.

service is quite good. The amenities are good enough. especially the body cream served a great retriever to dry weather.

Yeah, it’s alright. Pretty good value but you have to pay for parking. In the photo it looks like there’s a coffee machine but there isn’t. The showers great and the location is perfect. The bed is good too
