I had to ask to be move rooms 3 times due to the dirt of the rooms. 1st room I jumped on the bed and all dust fell off the headboard onto my face, dust also on light fittings, pic frames, phone. The bathroom was absolutely vile - orange body fat and black mould on the shower, tiles and grout, sink had a rim of scum around the plug hole and the overflow hole in the sink full of black dirt/mould. 2nd Room - wasnt as dusty but the bathroom was worse than above 3rd room - lil bit Dusty, shower was cleaner than the other 2 bathrooms but the sink was still manky dirty. at that stage i was so tired and needed a shower( wore my flip flops in the shower) i took the room. The swimming pool and changing rooms could do with a deep clean also and the floor in the sauna was black. The 3 stars are for all the staff i came in contact with, every single 1 of them was so lovely and helpful. EXCEPT the general manager I met was very patronising and spoke down to me. Until I told him the below. I studied hotel management in college, worked in many hotels. I stayed in some of the I now own a cleaning company for the past 10 years, we specialise is gym cleaning. I know what I'm talking about here. For a four star hotel I would expect every single room to be immaculate. This is why I pay to stay in nice hotels so I'm in a clean space. Very disappointed and I will never go back.

Once again, my husband and I chose to stay at the Four Seasons, and as always, it did not disappoint! This hotel is simply amazing, and so are the staff. From the moment we checked in until our departure, we were treated like royalty. Dermot, the General Manager, greeted us with a warm smile and friendly conversation, making us feel instantly welcome. To our delight, we even received a lovely complimentary upgrade! Every aspect of our stay was exceptional—the staff were incredibly friendly, the food was outstanding, and the service throughout was flawless. We also enjoyed the pool facilities, which were spotless and very relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and always feels fresh, as if it had just opened. A huge thank you to Dermot and the wonderful team for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be returning again! Ken & Karen Doherty

Spent a wonderful weekend here! I made the reservation last November for my party of 7 (incl a toddler). All my various requests (and there were several) for the bedrooms and the dining room were looked after and I was impressed I didn't have to follow up on anything on arrival! The newly decorated bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We opted to have dinner in the dining room where the a la carte menu was varied and there was something for everyone! The food was excellent! The staff were professional and friendly and, eventhough the hotel was busy, we were well looked after. Special mention to Ciaran and Taylor who helped make our dining experience more enjoyable! My group had a wonderful time! We rated our stay highly and would recommend this hotel! Thanks to all the team for looking after us so well. You helped make my special birthday celebration more special! Oh and thank you for the birthday card and chocolate gift too!

I felt the food was not good and the breakfast was quiet cold. I am sorry but it was not a good experience for me. I was there before which was good. I was very disappointed and would not want to visit it again. After my evening meal I felt it did not sit right with me.

The hotel smelled like rotten eggs or sewerage! Disgusting. Management was horrible and rude. Spoke to us in a disgusting tone. One called annemarie shouted at us rudely infront of other guests. Would never return. Awful place. Awful people.
