Front desk - unfriendly, uninterested. Hotel - dirty. Ownership - penny pinching.  Amenities - mostly “broken”… pool for instance is “broken”… probably just saving on costs to clean and heat.  Staff - overworked, underpaid, and understaffed.  They started banging on my door trying to come in to clean on the day of checkout at 9:30, then 11:15.  Mind you they didn’t try to come in to clean once before the day of the checkout.  They didn’t let me “late checkout” by 30min even though I stayed for 4 days.  Asked for 3 towels, they gave me one.  Cleaning ladies don’t have any clean towels on their cleaning carts.  Bottom line, they pack the hotel to the bream through cheap prices, so you’ll save, but when you look at the location and size of rooms and then you see the price, wondering why it’s so cheap and why rating is so low, you now know the answer.   BTW To be fair, if you just expect a place to stay, don’t expect any service or any favors, and are just trying to save a buck - then it’s a great deal.  Personal opinion, they cater to seasonal workers that are in and out…(that leave early in the morning) so expect a bunch of shady characters hanging around parking lot drinking and smoking, who knows what.

Front desk guy was way too opinionated and extremely unhelpful. The answer was always no for any request followed by his opinions on "you people". This guy needs a new job
