The hotel was very quiet, and I could see the ocean from the window. The town itself is small, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The family of three drove to Carmel-by-the-Sea and checked into the hotel. It looked like a motel from the outside, but it was cozy and comfortable inside. The room on the third floor had a sunset view. The town also had a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking was free. We packed breakfast to eat in the car the next day before heading to the Big Sur scenic area!

The room has a Japanese style, the bed is very large, and the room is also very spacious. There are plenty of parking spaces in front. I liked it.
