When we come to Carmel we always stay here. This is our 3rd visit and the hotel and the staff never disappoint. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are always clean and if we need anything they are quick to accommodate.

It was very nice to have the room served by housekeeping daily to keep my room fresh. This is often a service that is lacking in other hotels.
The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast when I had it was quite tasty and fresh. Having the option to order or have the breakfast bar was nice. It would be nice for a portion of the breakfast to be included in the price of the room but the service was great and the food was better than those that offer it as a part of the room cost so for me traveling for work it wasn't a turn off, if you were traveling with a family and needed to pay this out in addition it might be a turn off.

Friendly staff, quiet room, convenient location, & very comfortable bed.
Only small complaint.....room coffee maker supplies would make only one cup of caffeinated coffee.

When we were staying in the last day , they were redoing the roof. It was a lot of noise. Definitely need updating whole entire hotel elevator beed maintenance My mattress was horrible. I was sleeping on the big hump. It was too expensive for the old hotel.

The front desk employees were so friendly, helpful & nice.
Lobby could have been little little more cleaner. There were leaves near the front entrance.

We had booked a king bed room but we're assigned a double Queen room in the older part of the hotel, second floor. We brought it up and we're told that because the room has been booked by a third party it could not be changed. The same mistake was rectified on the booking of the 18th and 19th, with a room on the fourth floor. Check my bookings with you for proof.
My wife's bed was uneven and sagging on one side such that she had to "climb to the middle. She woke up sore. Mine was also too soft, IMHO; but I can sleep anywhere.
Wife says that she'll refuse to book another room at the hotel unless she gets a room in the new portion of the hotel, as our first room (18th and 19th) was.

Check in was a breeze. When booking I asked for and received upon check in the room that I asked for. Breakfast with Tony was wonderful. The bed and especially pillows were comfy. The room seemed a bit outdated but was clean and comfortable.

Traveled 4 1/2 hours and needed to chnge clothes for a wedding. Found us a nice room @ noon. Thank you so much.
