Ventura Santa Teresa
"Ventura Santa Teresa is an amazing accommodation. This place is new and clean and safe with 24 hour security. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate to beautiful beaches, tasty restaurants and answered many other questions. They helped me organize a quad rental with surf racks and it was delivered to me at the hotel and also picked up. You might want a quad if you don’t have a car to explore nearby Mal País and to surf down at La Lora beach. Easy peasy! There is a beautiful small pool to take a dip in the back and many places to just hang out. The location is fantastic: close to many top notch restaurants, a mega supermarket, the beach, and really anything else you might need. The best part of Ventura Santa Teresa for was the room! Everything is new and clean. I was unexpectedly upgraded to the studio terrace room. Kitchen had everything you could need (coffee maker, stovetop, toaster oven, fridge cups, plates, mugs, bowls, etc) The sheets and bed were so comfy and luxurious. AC worked great. I loved the many hooks to hang anything that was wet from the beach or rain. Laundry service was offered in brand new washers and dryers. Wifi was strong and there was a wifi google nest in the room you scan to connect. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. I got to meet the owners and I let them know how wonderful their newly renovated hotel is. They spared no detail! I hope to go back and stay longer! Thank you Ventura Santa Teresa."

Blooma Boutique Hotel & Kosher Restaurant
"I couldn’t recommend Blooma more! My stay in Santa Teresa was amazing. The facilities, pool and food at the hotel were all great. And the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only helping me with my stay there but also super helpful for the rest of my trip in Costa Rica. 10/10!"
The Cafecito Surf School & Guesthouse
"We went there already second time. Super cute Surf House. Close to the beach. We love the vibe of the people there. It always feel like family. Super professional surf lessions. Lenin & Chelsea are the best!"
Surf Paradise
Horizon Hotel & Yoga Center
"This hotel exceeds all expectations, from accommodations, to yoga, to service, to food. Even the location is perfect - not on the noisy street but only a 3-minute walk down the hill to the beach and many excellent restaurants. I can’t imagine coming back and staying anywhere else. Bonus - the owner’s two beautiful dogs; a malinoise, and a lab/ridgeback mix named Chill! Love having a dog to pat. Yoga is offered several times a day. We practiced 4 out of 6 days, both vinyasa and fusion. The instructors were excellent, and the view astounding! Up on the hill, overlooking the ocean. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. Honestly, while we couldn’t find a bad meal anywhere we went, the food at Horizon was the best. Fresh, wholesome, healthy. Lots of gluten free and vegan options. We stayed in the Villa Zen with a private pool. Brilliant! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a really well equipped kitchen (which we used only to make coffee and tea). Daily service of both the villa and the pool. Great, fast laundry service (same day!!). The people who work here couldn’t be nicer."
Hotel Santa Teresa by the Beach
Dreamcatcher Hotel - Live the Dream of Santa Teresa
"Dreamcatcher is a small hotel but very well located, with gentle and capable staff, our room was very spacious with two gigantic beds and a nice balcony. The garden is well maintained and could be "experienced" in the room through the balcony. The room, bathroom, pools and breakfast area were always clean and organized at any time of the day or night. The check in and check out processes were easy and fast, with the communication starting few days after the reservation through WhatsApp and emails. Actually anytime we needed we could use WhatsApp to reach out for support."
