Liked · We only stayed for one night in this hotel. It is one of the few in this beautiful area, beachfront property. There is a parking area (free) across the road. Rooms are very simple, walls and floors are tiled. There is a very nice swimming pool. Owner was entertaining and informative. Disliked · Our room faced the road, so it was a little noisy at night with passing cars, late/early arrivals. WiFi did not work, After shower, there was a water leak on floor next to the door, despite the bathroom floor being dry. Slipped during the night when going to the bath.

The checking was at 3:00pm. Nobody was available at the office. The area was in completely disorder (dirty). I left and went to another hotel. I lost my money. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

We arrived around 5 am. We hauled the luggage to the second floor walking up the stairs, just to find a smelly room (roach spray), 2 blue towels (for 4 people) that had bleach stains all over, air conditioner only in one room of the "suite", no television, no Wi-Fi, no hangers in the closet, old food in one of the drawers, dirty windows. Old mattresses, sofas, debris all over the property in the hallways. Needless to say, mold and mildew. We literally just rested a few hours and left. We decided that it was not a place where we wanted to stay. We got charged for 2 days. We saw the reviews, but we did take into consideration that the reviews were prior to the hurricane in September 2017.

It was a great stay. Great stay missing a few items a microwave would be nice to go with the fridge. In the bathroom wash cloths would have been good as well. The room was clean and it was ocean side with windows to open to let in the sound and breeze. The check in was awesome and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. Oh the tv was not WiFi or anything so we didn’t watch it that would have been a plus as well.

I love this place. I ended up here after a total fiasco with an airbnb fell through. The owner and staff took good care of me and made the initial trauma of the airbnb fall by the wayside. The food was great too. This is not a posh establishment by any means- there are things that you forgive because the price is affordable and the view spectacular. I hate staying in hotels, which is why l usually rent homes/villas. This didn't feel like a hotel- it felt like a guest house in Italy, and l felt like l was part of a family of great people. If you want 24 hr staff, massage,spa,4 star- go to a 4 star and pay quadruple the price. This place is wonderful for what it is

The only great thing about the hotel was the view and pool. Although all pool chairs are broken. In need of update in rooms. In need of pillows. No toiletries or hair dryers offered.
