This hotel is not bad at all! I have stayed in so many hotels all over the world, and the service attitude, hygienic conditions, and cost performance of this hotel are the worst I have ever seen. I called the front desk and the courtesy service many times but couldn't get through. The power went out several times when I took a shower at night, and the whole room was completely dark. I called to ask for an explanation, but the front desk ignored me. The balcony is not as big as shown in the picture at all, we are arranged with a small triangular balcony on the side. The balcony glass is still dirty, and I started to get skin allergies after staying for a day. Originally booked for 4 nights, only stayed for one night. I can't stand it. The breakfast in the morning was also terrible, there were so many people, there were no seats, and you ended up sharing a table with others. Most of the staff in this hotel do not speak English well, and it is difficult to communicate.

Beautiful Staff everyone was so nice. Met with hotel manager a few times and she made sure any and every request was taken care of. Property was clean and breathtaking.

Overall the property was excellent! The food was good, Oceana was my fav restaurant. Daniella, Chef Ingrid, Jean and Suley took EXCELLENT care of us. Their customer service was unmatched! Upon entering the resort the front desk staff and concierge were all very welcoming. The staff takes very good care in cleaning the property. My only negative aspect is there isn’t much night life on this resort. There wasn’t much to do after hours. I think they should incorporate a lounge with music. Or have more things to do at night. I did enjoy the salsa music and live band!

I enjoyed my entire stay at this property! The food was excellent, the staff was amazing, the rooms are clean . The list goes on and on! Really overall a magnificent hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly Daniella and Juan at the seafood restaurant by the beach is great service. Also a Andre always greets you with a smile and always willing to help.
Resort was very quiet and clean.
Was a little disappointed with the activity staff not very friendly or interactive with the guest.
Overall a great place to relax.

This property is in need of some upkeep. There was visible mold throughout, chipped tile at the pool, and the exterior hasn’t been painted in years. To cover the mold and mildew smell they use these perfume diffusers all over which was annoying.

Resort review:
- Food wasn’t great, we went and got food from somewhere else, buffet had very limited options
- Coconut rice made my boyfriend sick and nauseous
- Toilet wasn’t clean, bath mat provided had a red stain
- Some of the restaurants weren’t clean, dirty tablecloths, dirty chairs
- Hallway floor and walls leading to our room was dirty
- Saw a roach right outside of our room on the wall
- Overall, not a great experience, wouldn’t come to this resort again
