The hotel is awesome. It is beautiful, staff is very friendly and professional. They offer a very good breakfast, buffet style and a la carte as well. The pool on the roof top is very nice to relax for a couple of hours or to cool down a bit. We have stayed here 4 times and it never disappoints.

Given this is a 5 star hotel. I would expect them to offer an area where tou can get showered if your room isn't ready. Apart from that everything was good

Excellent costumer service. Hector The concierge was veey helpful and all the staff in general was attentive and kind. The breakfasts was very goood, only setback was that the kitchen was a little slow, but the waiters tried hard to help

The breakfast was lovely but ordering from the menu took much to long time to get and was often not what we ordered, the staff was very friendly but not understanding English.

My second stay and still a success. Only tiny complaint is that at least half of the staff only spoke Spanish. Not a big deal but still posed a few challenges while ordering breakfast etc.

I've been staying at the Bastion for over 3 years now and never do they disappoint. The hotel, the food, the quality of the room and the bed, the cleanliness, the service AND ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE area ok reasons why anyone looking to staying the walled city should stay here because you will not be disappointed

We enjoyed staying at this property. They treat you like VIP. Excellent services, amazing breakfast with a variety of healthy options, live music in the evening, great food & presentation at the restaurant. Pool and roof top are really nice too. I think the staff at this place is really the best I’ve had in a long time! Definitely recommend it!

Great experience. The staff members are friendly, attentive and professional. It was very hot when we arrived and they offered us comfortable waiting rooms while they checked us in. The included breakfast was incredible.
