Would not recommend depending on what you are looking for during your trip. The hotel is old, eveything is dated. The pool is filthy. That said, the staff is great. So you won't want to spend more time than necessary there but it is well located. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a busy area.

Very old hotel in poor condition, mattresses that smell like storage. The facilities are very old, the lobby looks like a history museum, the elevators vibrate and rumble as if they were going to fall, the food is terrible, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, the price is very expensive and the facilities are dirty, bad and old, if you read Do not book this at this hotel. Gross hotel. Cockroaches in the rooms and corridors. Cockroach poop ok walls of the room. Rooms not clean. Rooms smell like mold. There are pigeons in the cafeteria eating off of plates on the tables. Very unsanitary. We told staff many times about the pigeons and they didn’t seem to care.

Bedroom was dirty. AC didn’t work half of the time doors wouldn’t lock cold water no towels, clean room maybe twice but needed to ask. Elevators didn’t work most of the time. never have change in the not a safe place to be no one’s at the front door at night

I was worried about the opinions, but nothing of that happened, the room was normal, large, comfortable, everything works normal, normal bathroom, clean towels every day. The food was very well varied, well prepared and in the quantity I wanted as it was a buffet. The attention was good, I don't need to be praised, just normal attention and that's it. I didn't smell any humidity and the truth is there were noises but nothing to bother me. Well now what needs to be improved: 1 the air conditioning there are parts of the hotel that are saunas, that general air conditioning system is very ineffective. The division of the bathrooms was ineffective and the floor of the entire bathroom got wet. They should put a small vanity in the bathroom to organize toiletries. The facilities in general must have more attention so that they do not deteriorate, changing an outlet, fixing a china, fixing a glass. In general, a good experience.
