Indoor pool with lots of children (maybe restricting the hours would be a good idea) Impossible to relax. "Terrible!! Potatoes in the room and they wouldn't allow me to change rooms due to the late hour, even though I had a 6-month-old baby sleeping in the room. I immediately checked out and was told they would refund the amount but that I would have to contact Trip Advisor. I informed Trip Advisor and requested a refund for the stay, as I hadn't even enjoyed one night of my reservation. Trip Advisor informed me that the hotel didn't authorize the refund. I will certainly not return to the hotel or use the services of the trip."

"The house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue..."

"The resort itself was of first rate quality, but our own accommodations left much to be desired! Our place was dirty and the furnishings were old and tired. For the amount of money we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Lee loved the resort’s facilities, but the condominium was extremely lacking and I believe that the resort should take responsibility for all individual accommodations!"
