Very clean and spacious apartment. Friendly staff everywhere. Great food at Olivieras. Well stocked Spar shop on site. Pleasant 20 min walk into Carvoiero, you’ll need a bet coming back as it’s quite steep, but less then €5. Disappointed to see loungers reserved at the pools for hours and towels weren’t removed.

Was a little hesitant as I havecstayed here before but had a private villa, My friend and I arrived 24th September and from the moment we arrived , it was great , tge gentleman on reception was so helpful and friendly, when our apartment was ready , we was taken up by the curtesy car, Our apartment D4 was wonderful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, only little criticism the mattresses were hard, Can't fault the staff in pool side bar, another Wonderful holiday to beautiful Carvoeiro. Amazing level of cleanliness. Beautiful “cottage” with everything needed supplied. The resort is beautifully planted with trees and flowers, and lovely just to walk around the network of little paths. Lovely place, my second time here and will be back.

We absolutely love this place! It has everything, multiple pool options, one with a bar , aqua games , music , food etc. Another pool area with a very small bar which was handy but not too much! The pool was much quieter but still lovely people and atmosphere. Our apartment was beautiful! Modern , clean, well equipped. We had a minor issue with our shower but someone was out to fix it straight away. We were helped with our bags / shopping on the first day without any issues! This resort is in a perfect location, around a 20 minute downhill walk into Carvoeiro town and around 5 mins in an uber which was usually around €4. There is also a beautiful italian restaurant opposite the reception which we LOVE! We will back here very very soon, not one complaint 🫶🏼

We’ve been coming to Carvoeiro for around 30 years and use this place as a base for quick drinks, changing or a handy taxi drop off point. We were here in June and was genuinely pleasantly surprised at the service and food quality. Sadly, now it’s August and the bar and restaurant area are back to their normal sub standards… There is an older guy who works there who is excellent and really wants to make it nice. But the girl who served us (reluctantly) at 6.45 on a Wednesday evening was just dreadful. The food standard has dropped again and do not attempt breakfast! We ordered breakfast for 5 people and it was ALL inedible. Why can’t they serve decent food and drinks and stay open beyond 7pm??

We will be back! So many aspects of our stay were positive. On arrival we chatted to some nice guys at reception. Our apartment was way better than expected- spotlessly clean, hairdryer & straightener, full kitchen, comfortable living room and a nice back outdoor area with plentiful privacy. We were a minute walk away from the lovely pool area. It is a very big resort area so you need to be prepared to walk or drive. The single recommendation we'd have would be to increase signposting to the accommodation areas. On our last night we ate in the restaurant opposite reception. This might just be our highlight. In addition to good food, there was an excellent singer entertaining us AND best of all a seemingly resident cat doing the rounds. We only wish our stay was longer but we definitely plan on returning.

Stayed in a premium ground floor 1 bed apartment (602) whilst this was some 5/8 min walk from Reception it was perfect, fully refurbished to a good standard , very clean ,kitchen with all appliances and all utensils and pots . We didn’t choose to cook but it would be fully possible if you chose too. Nice patio leading to pool area we had breakfast in the sun each morning Very quite , mostly couples but a few families with children Large pool and separate kids pool The main reception area has 2 pools and bar / restaraunt The resort reception is 15 minute walk downhill to the centre of town, just remember it’s the same distance uphill after a few drinks!! Plenty of taxis in town A very pleasant stay thank you
