"Resort with a pool. Nothing to complain about. We booked an apartment for three people (even though there were two of us) because we needed an apartment and it was the only one available. We paid very little and were given a two-story apartment with six beds (minimum), two bathrooms, and a kitchen. At reception, they greeted us by telling us we'd be a bit large, but this was much more than we expected. The only flaw was the bathtub (used as a shower) on the first floor. It was a bit rusty, and we didn't feel like bathing without slippers. We used the other bathroom anyway. A bit far from the center, but still a very comfortable and relaxing stay. A lot of the staff had poor English and at times communicating with them was difficult and stressful."

"The Welwitshia Guest House is absolutely beautiful. I booked a family room for myself and three sisters and we were delighted when we walked in the door. It was like a small apartment! There was plenty of room for four of us with lots of storage and a large bathroom. We were on the ground floor and had a lovely terrace leading on to pretty grounds and on to the pool. The breakfast room was large and airy, overlooking the pool and grounds. We were surprised to learn that the Welwitshia has been open for ten years as it is immaculate. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be returning"
