Great hotel that looks like an apartment complex. Buffet Breakfast was simple, a few hot choices, and had daily pancakes so my kids were happy. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Small clean gym and outdoor pool with sitting area. The 2 bedroom was perfect with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress needs to be thrown away and replaced as it was badly stained. So we just slept on the couch. Will stay again.

The lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional during the check in process. The hotel has good amenities and variety of foods for breakfast. The parking lot is spacious and the hotel is in a good location. The only thing we were confused about is that it is a no smoking facility but we kept smelling ********* in the hallway that lead to our room.

We checked in getting two rooms. The first room smelled like a chain smoker was the last guest. We went downstairs and they moved us. The second room was better Ac was cold shower had pressure but all night long there were bright flashes every minute from the smoke detector. The other room said the ac was very loud.

Same repeat breakfast every morning. Loud HVAC unit in closet in the bedroom made it impossible to sleep. Someone smoking **** in their room and stench spreading through hallways. Not as good here as it used to be.

This property is great to stay at. The rooms were spacious and looked like an apartment. My sons loved them, and you can't even hear your neighbors. The property has a tennis court and pool with a laundry room on every floor. Highly recommended, will stay again. There is a $250 deposit fee I wasn't aware of, but the front desk took it down to $150 for me, which was awesome.

Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. That said, I would like to recognize Todd, who works at reception in the evening and night. He was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very pleasant to speak with. I also want to acknowledge the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful. In particular, there was an African American gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but he was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall, while there were a few excellent staff members who made a positive impression, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
