Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

We stayed in 703, a superior gold suite on the 7th, and top, floor. The apartment is huge, with a kitchenette, lounge, balcony (or small terrace), bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. It feels spacious with views from the terrace towards the old souk part of Cassablanca and the bedroom overlooking the Hassan II Mosque - an absolutely incredible vista! A fruit bowl supplied on check-in, along with a few bottles of water, which was very welcome. One has to be fairly mean-spirited to critisize what has been a wonderful stay at the Melliber Appart Hotel. Of course there is always room for improvement: the shower, for example, drained very slowly resulting in a bit of a puddle but these minor inconveniences in no way detract from what is a remarkable accommodation. Our check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we had to wait about 15m for that to occur, but reception staff kindly offered us coffee and water, which was much appreciated. The Muezzin’s call from the minaret, the white noise of the crashing waves on the Corniche, the anticipation of another exciting day in Morocco - what more can you ask for! Breakfast was adequate and check-out painless.

It was good to be close to Casaport. Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and traveled to Casa Blanca and was available without any inconvenience. Facilities and transportation convenience of this price Clean room is not southern 5 star hotel. The price I found for the third time in Casa trip is also good and good hotel! The staff were very friendly and could communicate in English and Korean.

Before I traveled, I searched for hotels on Baidu Map. The neighborhood is relatively concentrated. When I first arrived in Casablanca, I went out from the port train station and walked in this direction. It looks like the hotel looks good. It is a building and the room is very simple. It is the kind of cement-made tiled bedside table and desk, which is slightly worse than domestic express hotel chains, but it is also considered clean. The location is good, a few hundred meters southwest is Pigeon Square, two or three kilometers northwest is Hassan II Mosque, one kilometer north is the port train station, and two kilometers east is the Casa train station. The airport has direct trains to the city, either at the Casa station or at the port station. The photos in the room were gone, in the same style as the corridor, on the same floor and wall.

Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

Went during the Chinese New Year, the hotel service was in place. Just in the days when the outbreak of foreign flights was severe, I had to change my ticket and stayed at the hotel for two more nights. Ctrip said it would give corresponding subsidy measures, but the corresponding speed was too slow. Not received.

There is better in Casablanca I hope. We had booked this hotel as a last resort with last minute.com, our original flight having been cancelled. For simplicity and without relying too much on the critics, we have validated the half-board option. What to say: for 2 euros breakfast in town is much better. The evening meal looks like a vague imitation of an average European meal with no choice since it is served on the plate. The table service varies depending on the waiter, from passable to mind-boggling, on dirty tablecloths where the dishes are sent without respect to the customer. When the noise! On the courtyard or on the street, with the windows closed, it is difficult to find sleep. The decor has no splendor except for its past and the relative cleanliness. No manager on site, that's obvious. Staff left to fend for themselves and miss out on customer service. Only the receptionist saves the furniture by his kindness put at the service of customers. In conclusion: bad value for money. A hotel that would have potential with better organization.

This hotel is more of a 2 star, certainly nothing more. The rooms are very basic, you get only one single towel per person, this will be your hand towel and body towel. The rooms overlook a busy road so can be very noisy. The room has a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked the receptionist if there were any places to grab a coffee sachet he couldn’t help or point me in the right direction - not very 4 star. The toilet came with half a toilet roll and the toilet had a bar smell to it which wasn’t ideal as we had to close the toilet door so we didn’t get a heartache. Additionally the door only closed if it were locked otherwise it popped open. This hotel needs to do better or rebrand itself to a two star to reflect the true position.
