This hotel is no more than 1 or 2 star at best. The staff are on the whole friendly and helpful if they can be but the hotel itself and the rooms are in poor cvondition. The junior suites have old funiture , marked, dirty, inadequate utensils within rooms, cleaners did not replace my towels one day. The doors on hotel rooms often fail and had to get keys changed on several occasions. Even saw one of the staff climb up to the first floor to gain entry to one of the rooms to open it. The hotel pool is only for children and has very limited chairs and sunloungres a total of 7 and we couldnt find one so we had to pay £25 eac h to use the pool facilties in the anatolia terrase nexct door. The public beach is very busy and not clean, the water is warm but waves are quite big so not suitable for young chilldren,. There is a mall within 2 min walk with a supermarket which we found very handy.

The hotel is located on the coast line and very nice choice for 1-2 nights stands. The suits are equipped with kitchenette and laundry machine. The breakfast is standard nothing specious. Recommended to stay

Many broken stuff in the room but in general not bad location and staff

I was initially given a room on the first floor near the side, but later I was moved to a room on the third floor with a sea view.

Very dissatisfied. This time I brought my friends to stay here. I booked a suite, but we were given a king-size bed room. We said we needed a room close to the beach, but we were given a room farthest from the beach, next to the wall. Such an expensive hotel, no service, no facilities, not as good as domestic express hotels. Extremely bad stay experience. I was happy to go out, but I was so upset!

The location is ideal, close to the large Anfa shopping center next to Megarama, also on the beach.

The hotel is located in the best area in Casablanca, and the service and hygiene are also good. It's just that the facilities are a bit unworthy of the four-star rating and the price.

The biggest advantage is that it is close to the beach and the sunset is super beautiful. The room is super big, it may have been there for many years, and it even looks a bit empty. The overall location is good, it is worth living.

Great hotel, the staff are fluent in English, polite and warm, with kitchen, kitchen utensils, large living room, large room, right on the beach, downstairs is the shopping mall, there are Carrefour, McDonald's and many shops, very good holiday choice!

It was a very good accommodation experience. I chose a hotel by the sea. You can reach the seaside through the walkway on the ground floor and enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Next to it is a Turkish restaurant and a large supermarket.

The toilet leaked. The kitchen sink was plugged. The kitchen has no utensils for cooking. No knives, forks or spoons. No kettle (delivered upon request). No dishcloth, no delivery upon request. No cutting knife. No bread machine. nothing. Only wash dishes by hand. English is very limited at the front desk. The waiter can't speak a word of English. There was yogurt for breakfast on the first day, and it was gone on the second and third day. I didn't even have milk on the last day of my stay. According to the introduction, they are all sea view rooms, but there are none. The equipment is outdated. The selling price is still so expensive. Didn't see the pool open. The selling point is the location. Walk to the sea near. But there are many hotels near the beach.
