Good hotel

First, we booked a double room, but we were assigned a twin room. There was no water cup or kettle in the room, which was a bit strange. The hotel's elevator is a big problem. It's slow and takes a long time to wait. The room hygiene is okay, but the location near the stairs or linen room is very noisy. The service attitude at the front desk is acceptable, and the service quality is really average. I have to swipe the room card several times, and I am not skilled in various tasks such as check-out and invoicing, which is tiring.

It's a disgraceful place, the rooms are not bad in size but the service is zero. They couldn't bring two glasses in 3 hours. No kettle no cups. Would I choose it again? Definitely not.

Good hygiene, good front desk service attitude, efficient check-in, cleanliness, convenient transportation and convenient travel. I will come back in the future. The location of the hotel is good, parking is easy, and customers are easy to find.

I don't recommend this hotel. The service is poor. There are no toiletries in the hotel room. They also threw away my toothpaste. I asked the front desk to send toothpaste, but it didn't come for two days. The toilet paper was not put in for two consecutive days. You can't bring takeout into the hotel. You can only eat outside and then come in. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

摩洛哥畢竟是非洲，整體衞生還是差了點。服務還行，就是英語溝通有點困難。沒有淋浴是浴缸。毛巾有點像用過的一樣。沒有燒水壺杯子這些東西。
